The bike was picked up and delivered in excellent condition. The drivers knew what they were doing and were extremely professional. The only issues was the bike was four days late and the online tracking system never worked. I was however able to shoot an email and get an update on it's whereabouts. Overall it was a decent experience.
This is far and away the most unresponsive business I have ever encountered. They took my $900 quickly enough, but since then it's been like pulling teeth just to get someone to respond. I literally had to threaten reporting the company for fraud just to get a call back. My friend told me the bike was picked up over a week ago, but - surprise - I haven't heard a word from Premier about the shipment. Not even a confirmation that the bike is in their possession. Horrible, horrible experience, I really cannot recommend avoiding this business enough.
Trying to book but need revised quote after changing bikes, also offered them a 2nd bike to ship for the return trip, multiple messages unanswered and tried facebook messenger as well many, many days ago nothing, im concerned they are out of business, 5 attempts to contact in 5 days nothing...
Before I booked, they couldn't call me back fast enough, once I paid I could not get anyone on the phone. I asked for delivery by April 23 at the latest. When the bike was picked up the invoice said estimated by May 1. This caused at lot of stress as I could not reach anyone at Premier. However, the actual company that picked the bike up, Haulbikes, was very good and told me where it was anytime I called. It was actually just delivered in under 2 weeks. Haul bikes quoted me 1200$ and Premier 845$ so if you are smart, when you get your quotes call haulbikes back and tell them to get their heads out their asses and make all the money. After taking the bid from Premier, Haulbikes probably ended with half their quote. The whole industry is shady but my bike arrived so stress relieved.
Decent job with pick up and delivery. Somewhat unprofessional for pick up and loading motorcycle, but otherwise pretty satisfied with the company that Premier Motorcycle Transport hired for this job. Was not satisfied though with the communication on Premier Motorcycle Transport's part when it came to letting me know the date and time for pick up. Their site worked well and so did their 'track your package' link, but I would have appreciated more communication over the phone, as they did not readily pick up or return voice mails that I left for them during normal business hours.
Terrible communication. I'm a very reasonable person and would of liked when delays were happening. Didn't hear from anyone about delays and took 3 weeks for my vespa to arrive. I'll give them that it came in perfect condition. Just wish their communication was better!
Motorcycle was delivered in the same condition as when picked up. Delivery driver was professional and courteous.
Company advertises 7 to 9 days for cross country transport. Mine took 20 days. The online tracker dId not work. Getting through to someone by phone was very difficult. Responses to emails never occurred. At one point I was told the delivery would take place during a window of the 17th to the 19th day. After finally hearing from the company on day 19, they told me it might be another week. The bike arrived the next day.
When I did get to speak with the company, they were professional and helpful.
The order placement was very easy. I had a friend handle the pick-up portion, which he said went very well. The reason for four stars and not five was due to the lack of communication. Pick-up was on 02/25/2019 and a tentative delivery date was set for 03/08/2019. I had to contact the dispatcher twice to find out the actual delivery date. That date ended up being 03/18/2019. My motorcycle arrived strapped and properly secured for transport, no complaints there. Communication was the issue.
Extremely easy to make the order however it did take three weeks for a carrier to get the bike picked up and I had to talk to customer service reps four times trying to get information on why the bike had not yet been picked up. Also my emails were never replied to. I had given up on this company and shipment. I was in the process of arranging for a new shipper when on that very day the bike got picked up. Not a very good experience for me at all.
So far everything has been exceptional. Bruce has been great. Bike was delivered a day late. Tried to call numerous times with no answer and no return calls

Very little communication until the bike was picked up 18 days after I placed my order. Once the bike was on a truck, I could track its location all the way across the country. 24 hours before delivery, I received a call then 1 hour before delivery, I received the final call.
My only complaint would be lack of anything before the bike was picked up. After it was picked up, great information.
The communication was non existent! I had to track down my motorcycle since Julie couldn't tell me where it was. I was told the bike would arrive on 8/6, then 8/10 and on 8/12 I find out the bike actually arrived on 8/3.
Site kicked me off first time. After the initial delay in pickup, which I was given an explanation as to why, the driver got ahold of me and arrrainged the delivery time. The bike arrived in the same condition as it was picked up. I was happy with the care they took noting every detail of my Bike's condition on the shipping sheet and the soft tie down straps used to secure my Harley. Driver was super nice too. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Communication was horrible. Told me it was being picked up the 14th, didn't happen. Then no one picked up the phone, was on hold for 30 minutes. Finally got an email that basically said oops we will be there the 17th. Then your tracking system, is wrong, and told me my bike was someplace it wasn't. Then I get a call and I'm told, we have your bike when do you want us to deliver it. I say Wednesday, they acknowledge that. Then on Tuesday I get another call, saying, we have your bike we will deliver it in a half hour. I will not only never use your service again, but I will tell everyone I know, not to use your service. Thank God, my bike was in one piece.
So Far so good. Bike was delivered in great condition. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is communication with the customer concerning delivery status updates could have been better.
Good communication with company via e-mail, not so much via phone. Wanted to make sure for pick-up either me or my son could legally sign forms with the driver.
Took several days for them to confirm my order and have heard nothing since. I thought some was going to come out and do a walk around on my bike with me prior to pick up.
The motorcycle arrived on time and in great condition. The only reason not to give five stars is that the final price was more than the original estimate.
Bike was delivered with no damage. Company and delivery driver never communicated during the process. The website did not allow for updates to the process.

Got passed off to a third party delivery guy that barely spoke English and transported the bike on a car carrier. They put straps over the chrome struts and marred the chrome, showed up at 5:30 am and needed help to get the bike off the front inside of the carrier. The fees were way too high for this type of transport. On top of all that your web site listed an American Iron Horse Texas Chopper, which is actually slightly larger than the Big Dog we had transported, which I initially selected for the quote. The quote came out at $785 and indicated an enclosed carrier. Then after I get everything setup I get a phone call with a bunch of apologies but stating that you would still get the transport done for $785 just not in an enclosed carrier. I was told it would be a flatbed, when in fact it was a double decker car carrier, but if I wanted the bike in an enclosed carrier it would be $1250.
Will I use Premier again? Not likely.
While your site has removed the American Iron Horse you still have Big Bear Chopper which some are as big as the Big Dog and American Iron Horse.
Ok, in clear and confusing schedule to pickup, website ordering and scheduling for delivery. Delivery late by days with no call. Status on website not clear.
Being able to track your item is a JOKE! Premier is willing to take your money but once they are paid, I never was able to speak to "Nick", My bike came with a SCRATCH in the tank which was not there when picked up from the seller. It took more than a month to get here, which cost me a penalty at motor vehicle department $25. I will never us a trucking company again, this is my has been my 2nd bad experience, I have only trucked a motorcycle TWICE. Never will there be a 3rd! Rating is a -5 NEGATIVE! Ed and Shana Ashley
To whom it may concern, the date that I pick switch was the 25th from a bike to be picked up, which is what I picked on the online service, it was explained to me by customer service agent that the date that you pick is not an actual date for pickup, due to scheduling mechanical breakdowns or weather, now none of those issues were present during the process of picking up my bike, but it was picked up on the 26th of October, there was no phone call nor an email to tell me that my bike was picked up and was in route to California from Georgia, very poor customer service, even though the customer service manager Pamela try to help, and also I did not know that a second party with deliver the bike to Alameda once it was in San Jose California, when I received the phone call from the San Jose Shipping Company I went down and picked up the bike myself, overall was very unhappy with the service that was provided that I paid for, thank you for your time have a nice day happy holidays,
Booking has been quick and easy. Motorcycle was delivered quickly and safely. I would use them again.
Received a fair and responsive quote after receiving the runaround from a shipping brokers provider. I selected Premier because they advertised shipping time for my location as 5 - 7 days. However after having accepted the quote and contracting with Premier Motorcycle Transport, it seemed as if all service stopped. The bike took 26 days to arrive. In the instructions to the shipper, I indicated that there was an owners manual, a spare sprocket and exhaust pipe that was to be shipped with the bike. After 5 days the seller had not been contacted by the shipper to indicated when the bike would be picked up. I called Premier customer service and was told that they would follow up and get back to me and nothing happened. Ia few days later, the seller contacted me and stated that the bike had been picked up in Illinois but the shipper refused to take the manual, sprocket and pipe with the bike. I had to arrange and pay to have those items shipped separately. The online tracking system was never updated so after two weeks I called to find out where the bike was and was told it was in transit, which I knew, that they would check and get back to me. After another week. I again contacted Premier, same response, they would check and get back to me. Nothing!
Another week goes by and I finally get a call back stating that my bike is in Las Vegas at a terminal waiting for a carrier to bring it to Reno and I asked for a follow up to determine when I might get my bike. No return call! In the interim, I had written a complaint to Premier and did get a response from a customer service representative, she stated she would follow up with the Las Vegas terminal and get me an ETA. By this time, I had received a call from the truck driver saying he was coming from Salt Lake, not Las Vegas. Ultimately, after I had contracted with Premier, the follow up was poor and misleading. The Web site falsely advertises delivery times that are not accurate and the overall experience was horrible. I will not be using Premier Motorcycle Transport ever again.
Overall, happy to have chosen premier for transporting my bike 2000 miles for me. Will be my first choice of I need to ship a bike again.
Service seemed prompt once it was booked and the date was assigned. Delivery to my wife seemed quick with no visible damage to the bike.
