Easy ordering on the website. I had entered the zip code incorrectly and Prep Sportswear agents fixed my address and reshipped my order for free. All of the items fit and look great!

Was pleased to see Cal State Hayward items available. Placed order for one CS Hayward T and one military cap. Both were shipped promptly, and were as-ordered and good quality.
Alumni email from CSUEB advised me that CSUH items were available, found military items and added one.

Clothes were great and delivery went smoothly. The long sleeve shirt has a weird texture that went aways when washed. The hoodie and tee-shirt were exactly what I expected.

I had a misprinted shirt and they were very quick to replace it. The chat option on the site is wonderful and the representatives are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

The hoddie that I received was of poor quality and with iron on lettering that I could have done took over 4 weeks just to receive it and it was highly overpriced!
They sent me emails stating that they were extremely busy and did not answer any questions that I had asked them

Took a very long time to ship; thought it wouldn't come until after the season was over. Then when it did come it was too small to even wear. Waste of money.

The shipping took forever. And the shirt I ordered is larger than most shirts of the same size. The shirt is very low quality for how much it costs, it feels like a $12 shirt but I payed 3x that.
