I had a difficult time getting onto the page I wanted. When I finally ordered, the shipping was more than the price of the item! Once ordered, I waited a VERY long time to receive my item!
I asked when the item would arrive because I had ordered 2 weeks prior. I was told they hadn’t shipped it yet but would be shipping it out that day
The item is exactly what I ordered. It was purchased for a gift and the receiver absolutely loves it!

Very easy, alot to choose from. Yes but wasn't happy with the quality. My son's pocket on the hoodie already ripped after a week of wearing... very expensive to just fall apart.

The shirt came out great but the hat was a shotty job. The embroidery appeared that the wrong thread color was used and then restarted and embroidered over the first color with the correct one.

Ordering was easy to use. The logos on the purchased sportswear was of a poor quality. I would not recommend purchasing any Montenegro/Podgorica logos on the sweatshirts and long sleeve shirts.

I ordered a hoodie for Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska as a surprise gift for my daughter… but when I gave it to her, she said it was the wrong colors and wrong mascot. The shirt says Union College Lincoln Nebraska and there is only one Union College.
Not unless they make this right and print me a new hoodie with correct colors and correct mascot.

I liked being able to pick the color shirt and logo, I wish the description was better. For the high price, I thought the logo would have been embroidered, not just a screenprint.

Ordering was easy and quick but the logos did not have the right colors for RIT - the school is orange not red. Plus, the sizing was bizarre. Ran very small.

My sweatshirt was originally misprinted but I reached out and Prep Sportswear immediately sent me a replacement for free - and my replacement was perfect. Great customer service and support. Thanks!
My sweatshirt was misprinted and I reached out to have it corrected. I was told that I was not charged for the misprint, even though the cost of my sweatshirt included a $6.99 fee for back printing. I showed them the cost difference and they still insisted that I was not charged, but they replaced the mistake with a new sweatshirt that was printed correctly, and they replaced it for free. I appreciate that and look forward to wearing my (corrected!) sweatshirt at softball games for the rest of the season.
