I finally received my Jerzee and I ordered it in black but received it in grey. Don't know why you sent me the wrong color. Other than that I do love the jerzee and will keep it.

The gear was cute but I'm used to my sports gear being looser amd I've ordered alot of sports gear. If I would have known the fit I would have ordered a size up.

Quick turnaround from when the order was placed to when it shipped. Arrived later than anticipated but that was due to the post office misplacing the package.

I ordered a women's large and it is top small to wear. I'm 5'7 and 160lbs and a large is usually roomy on me. Disappointed for the $73 the sweatshirt cost me.

This is the WORST company I have ever contacted. I received the incorrect merchandise, contacted them to make a return (they don't do returns but will do replacements) and was issued a replacement order #. The replacement never came. When I contacted them about the status of the replacement they told me that they canceled and refunded it. I have no refund.
When trying to figure out why I did not receive the replacement or the refund, I was told that I am lying about my order numbers that they gave me and trying to manipulate other peoples orders (?). So I do not have the right order product and I do not have the replacement or refund.
* In response to site jabber saying that customer service reached out to me and I did not respond, that is incorrect. I actually did respond to PrepSportswear directly, as per their request. I had already opened up a dispute on my credit card and so they said that they could not help me any further until the dispute was resolved. After many months of providing additional information the credit card found me not responsible for the incorrect order item.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure your order is correct before you place it, you can’t make changes and customer service is terrible!!!!

Quality of sweatshirt is great, but the white lettering is pinkish in coloring because the screen printed lettering isn't thick enough against the red sweatshirt to be completely white.

Order took the maximum amount of time to ship and all of the items were smaller than the y should have been. Mediums fit like a youth size. Larges fit like a small.

I'm disappointed in the 2xlg that was purchased. I ordered big so I would feel comfortable in the long sleeve shirt and that was not the case. The shirt is too small.

Order was easy to access and purchase. Only downfall things run a little small. I am a true 2x and needed a 3x. When i say true everything i own for a shirt fits great as a 2x.
