Very expensive and shipping is slow. I could have gone through a couple more hoops and paid way less than half of what you charged.

Very slow in delivery. Communication is near impossible. Prices are good, but you run the risk of not receiving orders in a timely manner.
Took a while to get a response. Their lack of updating their own website (we're busy with back to school orders posted in November) shows either being understaffed or overcommitted.
I'm on the fence. The quality is good. They can't handle communication.

Shipping takes an unbelievable amount of time. Prices are very high and based on what you get it is way too expensive. Sizing is also completely off.
Ordered shirts from the website. Followed their instructions for sizing. Took forever to come. When it finally came, the shirts didn't fit. The website offered me a one time reorder at no cost. Tried shirts on from friend's orders to make sure the sizing was right. Ordered new shirts and the sizing was still off. Didn't follow up because I knew they wouldn't offer me another order. I ordered another set of shirts separately and paid full price.

Overall, I am very satisfied with how easy it was to choose my school of choice, place my order, and the prompt delivery. Highly recommend!
I like that the site offers plenty of design options of your school. The material is comfortable and the embroidery looks like it will last a lifetime.

The logo quality is horrible and cheaply pressed that won't survive being washed and stay on for a long term. They were expensive. Very disappointed.
