The shirts were great overall, however, it said they were pre-shrunk but when I washed them they still shrunk some.

Very good experience placing order. About 1/2 hour after placing order, I changed size with no problem. Merchandise arrived promptly. Tee-shirts run very small, so if person is not ultra thin, order larger size. I was very happy with the order which I had purchased for my granddaughter who is entering Medical School.
Tee shirts are thin and sweatshirt is quite thin as well. Overall, products appear to be well made and the lettering and school names are perfect.

Delivery was almost a month and a half after i had ordered my package and the customer service is awful.
Never received any sort of emails or phone calls until a couple days after i contacted customer service.
The mask barely fits my face and the shirt is good.
