Experience is terrible. No notification or a way to communicate on the status of items ordered. Took almost a month to receive items.

Took too long, shipping too expensive and the quality was horrible! I can't remember the last time I saw a single ply hood.
Never got feedback on my complaint. Tried to return item to no avail.
Disappointed—will never order from again.

Looks great. Just took long to arrive. The website does not explain time of delivery not how long it will take to produce.
No one was able to help me to tell me when I was getting my product. Basically I was told when it gets there it’s there.
