The experience was ok the product is a different story. The logo was ironed on with a burn mark on the sweatshirt. Looks very cheap

Great selection. Did have a small problem with the mascot. The mascot was different on the sweatshirt vs when it was online.

It took a month to receive and the material is weird, not stretchy like a sweatshirt normally is and it is shiny.

Everyone was completely helpful and made sure that in the end I was completely satisfied and my order was perfect.
They let me keep the item that was wrong and send me a new one that was correct with the proper color of embroidery.
