I was very disappointed in the length of time it took to receive my order. Not at all what your website stated.
I always got the runaround and yes they promised I would get it by Christmas and I did but not until late on Christmas Eve. I submitted this order on November 23 and had been charged for it which I did not think was right since it had not even been shipped yet.
