I love your products and have ordered often, however, I find that products run small. In a most recent email I wrote to customer service regarding my concerns of an XL zip up. I was told to measure the sweatshirts dimensions and send reply with the findings. I'm uncertain why I was asked to do that. Being so close to Christmas I opted to give the zip-up to another person as a gift instead of the individual it was intended for as it would not have fit them.
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.
It was pretty smooth, but it would be nice to have a faster delivery time

Ordering was easy enough but it did take a bit for it to be shipped.
The quality is definitely theres. But I ordered a woman’s large crew neck sweat shirt. And it’s most certainly does not run true to size. I ordered the large hoping for a nice loose fit and it’s very snug. I would suggest sizing up a few sizes.
My daughters order was perfect though.
