I love your products and have ordered often, however, I find that products run small. In a most recent email I wrote to customer service regarding my concerns of an XL zip up. I was told to measure the sweatshirts dimensions and send reply with the findings. I'm uncertain why I was asked to do that. Being so close to Christmas I opted to give the zip-up to another person as a gift instead of the individual it was intended for as it would not have fit them.
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.
Everything was shipped out fast, quick, and placing the order was super easy.
I love it. It feels a bit big being a large shirt but otherwise I love my new polos and hoodie.

I bought a shirt and tossed it in the trash after receiving it.
Just appallingly terrible quality. The print was so thick that it was effectively a huge plastic circle slapped on the front of the shirt. I curious mix of looking terrible and being super uncomfortable.

Simple to order online and delivery was quick.the whole process was quite easy.

I felt it took longer than it should have to receive my order.
The logo that was pressed onto the shirt does not lay flat and is not totally centered. I kept the shirt because it was for my grandson’s football games and I was afraid it would take too long to get another one.
I would not order again.
