I love your products and have ordered often, however, I find that products run small. In a most recent email I wrote to customer service regarding my concerns of an XL zip up. I was told to measure the sweatshirts dimensions and send reply with the findings. I'm uncertain why I was asked to do that. Being so close to Christmas I opted to give the zip-up to another person as a gift instead of the individual it was intended for as it would not have fit them.
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.
Took longer then expected but I got it. Will order again when I find something that I want

I would tell them to be extremely careful on ordering their “normal” size!

The website was easy to navigate. I wish some of the styles I actually wanted were in stock.
I like the variety they offer but my shirt was not done with quality. It looks as though they pressed it on and it was folded or creased. There is a line going through the logo.
