I love your products and have ordered often, however, I find that products run small. In a most recent email I wrote to customer service regarding my concerns of an XL zip up. I was told to measure the sweatshirts dimensions and send reply with the findings. I'm uncertain why I was asked to do that. Being so close to Christmas I opted to give the zip-up to another person as a gift instead of the individual it was intended for as it would not have fit them.
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.
It was easy and quick. And I would order through them again

The creation of the item was easy and a great experience and I would do it again.
The item I received had all the lettering sewn on crooked. I was extremely disappointed and had to order another, but know that you don't do returns, so I'm stuff with a disappointing item.
