I love your products and have ordered often, however, I find that products run small. In a most recent email I wrote to customer service regarding my concerns of an XL zip up. I was told to measure the sweatshirts dimensions and send reply with the findings. I'm uncertain why I was asked to do that. Being so close to Christmas I opted to give the zip-up to another person as a gift instead of the individual it was intended for as it would not have fit them.
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.
It was a great experience! My order came in a very timely manner and was good quality.

I don’t know yet customer service has not reached out to me yet. But I’m not happy. I spent over $100 for five T-shirts I cannot wear!! The prints are so crooked they look ridiculous!
Great selection but terrible quality, they’re just cheap iron-ons and the prints are crooked and off-center on ALL of the 5 shirts I ordered!
