I love your products and have ordered often, however, I find that products run small. In a most recent email I wrote to customer service regarding my concerns of an XL zip up. I was told to measure the sweatshirts dimensions and send reply with the findings. I'm uncertain why I was asked to do that. Being so close to Christmas I opted to give the zip-up to another person as a gift instead of the individual it was intended for as it would not have fit them.
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.

It took several weeks to get my order. Much longer than originally estimated.
I can’t wear them. Both shirts are way too small. I can usually wear an adult large comfortably. A large is usually too big. I ordered d 2 adult larges and they don’t fit.

The Delhi Mom shirt is exactly what i wanted. The other 2 shirts that I ordered... i'm not sure how i feel about them. The decals look like they will come off after one wash, but we havent worn them yet so i cant say whether that is true or false.
