I've have ordered from Prep Sportswear four times now and have been pleased with the quality every time! Whenever me or my daughter wear the high school gear we get customized, we receive so many compliments and people always ask us where we got it! I have only had a mistake happen one time and when I emailed Customer Service, they responded quickly and fixed the problem for free!
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.
The items I ordered were great, but took longer than expected.
They were very helpful and assured me it would arrive in time for Christmas, and it did. Barely lol

I was getting ready for a trip and didn't realize how long it would take to get my package.
Like the fabric but the women’s shirt I received has a stretched collar band that reminds me of a bad tee shirt ad. Colors are bright and it fits well.
