I wear a mens medium t-shirt,but since the shirt was Fruit of the loom, I ordered a large. Washed it the day we got it per the instructions. It shrunk to where it would not fit me. My wife's t-shirt also shrunk and would not fit her, so she ended up with mine. I will try again at some point. Maybe a hat next time? Delivery was great and imprint was very nice.
I received the wrong order, I received 3 olympic college t-shirts and 1 hat. I ordered 3 Spice t-shirts and 1 spice hat. How do I send back the wrong items and will you send what i ordered? Order#: 5472401

There was a bit of a wait after the order was placed, but it was worth it. I ordered two shirts from Prep Sportswear for my five-year-old, and both shirts came out perfectly.

It went good except I kept getting an email from somewhere that kept telling me you would not deliver the items I ordered. I was confused and almost declined the payment on my credit card. I waited it out and everything was great. My daughter says the new women's shirt material is a little thinner than she likes but the rest of the order was good quality. Thank you.

I did finally receive my order. I would say that you guys need to work on communication better and customer service. I order this is the very beginning of August and just got it. I never once got an email from you guys or a tracking number and it was extremely hard trying to figure out where to look and how to find my order which never happened! I am thankful for finally getting it and great quality!
No one could help me because I didn’t have an order number. Again as I stated before you should be emailing people and contacting them!

I ordered only 5 items, perhaps that is a huge order for prep sports. It been over 2 weeks and they still have not shipped. When I try to contact the company I only get an AI bot canned message that assures it 3-4 days is average for shipping. I cannot cancel my order, I will just have to sit and wait until they get around to completing my order. Perhaps I will get lucky and it will happen sometime while my son is still in his senior year. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MY MONEY WITH THIS CLOWN SHOW.

The site was easy to use and there were so many options for different sports, designs, and schools! Shipping was fast, all items were fairly priced, and the quality of the product exceeded my standards. Overall very pleased with the purchase :)

Was a little too slow to get it shipped out to me. I ordered from another sportswear company exactly one week after I ordered from Prep and I received my order from the other company before Prep Sportswear. Also, I only ordered 4 items from Prep and I ordered 18 items from the other company. Wasn't exactly thrilled with the sizing/fit of the items from Prep either. I ordered a medium and large in one particular t-shirt. I typically wear a medium in everything, however their medium was pretty tight on me and the large was a little better but still not as loose as I would've liked it to be. I'm a size 6 for reference. I did check the sizing chart before I ordered and measured myself as well but I think their products run small. So, I gifted everything I bought to my daughters friend instead.
I contacted them about the shipping and to see where my order was and when it would ship out to me, but they were unhelpful. It took several more business days to ship then the website says.
It was very good. The only thing I wish you had were some more plus size options in the women's wear. Other than that everything we've ever ordered has always been high-quality.

It was a good experience. The product came as ordered though the women's cotton XL shirt ran small. Delivery took longer than desired but overall I am satisfied.
Easy to place&pay for my order for the sweatshirts, I ordered 2womens t-shirts & I had no e-mail telling me anything so checked my bank account & there had been a cleared draft so then I started checking with prep sportswear took me awhile to figure out what I needed to do left a email got a response telling me it had been sent

The sweatshirt was not what I expected & was too expensive ($73). It was too small, the fabric wasn't sweatshirt material- shiny & didn't breathe. The color wasn't a true red. I'm very disappointed!
