I ordered this hooded sweat shirt 1.5 size larger with the hopes of wearing extra layers under in colder weather. When I tried it on,with just a tee shirt, not only was the body extremely tight but the arms were so tight I could not slide my arms in without extreme pressure. Please tell me how to return this item!

Your return policy does nothing to protect the consumer against totally shabby products.

Beware! I emailed and asked to fix the order - still no response. I ordered black and it is in the description as black for the color to choose and they sent me light gray. I have been emailing for several days and the # on cc said mailbox full!
Quality is terrible too. This company is a scam!

The website asked for a name on this order. The "name" personalized the shirt we were buying. My son, as a HS Senior will not wear a personalized school shirt. Unbeknownst to me at the time but figured out later, the site didn't give a choice for that particular shirt to be bought without a personalization and it's not fair. I want to return it but it may be too late as his name's on it now. What a waste of $$.

I order a jersey, so I could support my kid on his football games, the website says all the orders will be ready in four business days. But they are busy with back to school and they prolong they production time to 6 to 10 business day. My order is already on day 20.12 business day and still in production don't even have shipping day available. I try to reach the company and always get the same answer we are busy and your order will be done soon. Until the last try I made and the person who's answer me was very rude and told me just like that:" I already have talk to you three times and told you we don't work weeks, and we are busy. Your order will be done soon." Never apologize or try to fix anything, seems like my order, for be o e shirt, is not important at all. Terrible experience. But I'm making sure people have knowledge of this before decide to do any business with this company.

I wear a mens medium t-shirt,but since the shirt was Fruit of the loom, I ordered a large. Washed it the day we got it per the instructions. It shrunk to where it would not fit me. My wife's t-shirt also shrunk and would not fit her, so she ended up with mine. I will try again at some point. Maybe a hat next time?
Delivery was great and imprint was very nice.

There was a bit of a wait after the order was placed, but it was worth it. I ordered two shirts from Prep Sportswear for my five-year-old, and both shirts came out perfectly.
If you need a custom shirt made, in a timely matter, this company is great to order from.

I did finally receive my order. I would say that you guys need to work on communication better and customer service. I order this is the very beginning of August and just got it. I never once got an email from you guys or a tracking number and it was extremely hard trying to figure out where to look and how to find my order which never happened! I am thankful for finally getting it and great quality!

No one could help me because I didn’t have an order number. Again as I stated before you should be emailing people and contacting them!

Pay attention to the fabric. Some of the hoodies I ordered don't have much stretch, so if you want them oversized, maybe order up 1 size.

It was easy to select my design and make my purchase. I did not get an email to confirm my order at the time of purchase but I did receive an email once the order was processed and before shipping. My items arrived faster than expected.

I love that this company has different logos that you can choose from along with different categories. If you want one for football they have that but if you want one for a teacher that teaches first grade, they have that too!

I was very pleased with the quick response to my request after my order arrived with a mistake in the spelling of the high school logo. Within two weeks I had a new sweatshirt with the correction made. We did not have any problems with this company as we resolved the problem. I have received many compliments on the vivid color of my sweatshirt and have been asked where I purchased it. I would recommend this company for spirit wear. Being a grandmother of a high schooler it is tough to know when the school spiritwear sites are open. This company allowed me to be ready to cheer on my grandchild for her season.

My experience GREAT! Somehow after I placed my order. My confirmation of the shirt I design was all wrong. I immediately texted. The representative on the text line design the shirt exactly how I wanted it. It was sent back to showing the front and back. Prep Sportswear is all about satisfying you a customer! The site was easy to use and there were so many options for different sports, designs, and schools! Shipping was fast, all items were fairly priced, and the quality of the product exceeded my standards. Overall very pleased with the purchase :)

I ordered on a Monday and it came the same Saturday of that week! Super dash shipping and product fits true to size with amazing quality- real customer Lol

It was very good. The only thing I wish you had were some more plus size options in the women's wear. Other than that everything we've ever ordered has always been high-quality.

It was a good experience. The product came as ordered though the women's cotton XL shirt ran small. Delivery took longer than desired but overall I am satisfied.

The hooded, full zip, sweatshirt I ordered to wear to my grandsons' football games (JV and Varsity players) is awesome. Fits well, bright colors, warm, and good price.

My order came in two separate shipments. The second was delayed and said it was delivered but showed up 3 days later. Shipping issue no biggie. The shirts and hat was good quality.

Easy to place&pay for my order for the sweatshirts, I ordered 2womens t-shirts & I had no e-mail telling me anything so checked my bank account & there had been a cleared draft so then I started checking with prep sportswear took me awhile to figure out what I needed to do left a email got a response telling me it had been sent
