My items were received quickly. One of my items was damaged when it was personalized and the problem was rectified right away. Great customer service!

Not the greatest quality. Letters don't look strongly adhered to shirts. Hat was good quality. I don't expect the shirts to hold up past a wash or two.

I received my product quickly and efficiently, however the quality of the ironed application on the t shirts were poor. The ironed logo was pulling from the shirt.

Order delayed and no communication. Disappointed. Had to finally locate someone on a chat and then suddenly my order was shipped 5 weeks after my order was placed.

Both shirts I ordered had large greasy lines around where the decals had been applied. I was very surprised that they had been sent out looking like that.

Ordering was easy. I originally received the wrong size but customer service helped me and created a replacement order for me right away. I then received the correct size and I love it.

Love the quality and material, design is perfect. Only thing I would change is the name on the back is too high the hood covers it, would have be perfect a little lower.

It stated that if I signed up for emails I would get a 30% discount but it didn't tell me that if there was already a sale going this discount would not apply.
The quality for the price was not good. It is cheap material and should b priced as such.

The sizing is a bit tricky, but overall delivery is fast and they are quality hoodies. I just ordered my son a youth medium and it's too small so I got an adult large for hi. Instead since my adult medium is tight also

Process was pretty easy. I noticed many reviews complaining about sizes. The adult sizes I ordered seemed pretty accurate, but the youth sizes did indeed run about a size small.

The shirts turn out really nice, but the price that was advertised, 30% off, while I was shopping is not amount I paid. My cost was more. I don't think that was fair.

Good experience but the production time was very slow, close to nine days for production to me seems on the long side. Easy to order but not so quick to get our order.

The order was easy. Just measured and went by the sizing chart. The clothes arrived very quickly. Everything fit great. I was very impressed with the quality.

The variety and costs at my fingertips and not having to go to the college and TRY to find something from a limited collection is nice. The hardest part is deciding which graphic to choose!
Definitely! The quality and selection, though I would be okay with a few other graphic options. I was looking for something I bought a few years ago but you don't have the pullover half zip's any longer. I bought two for my husband for our older two college athlete's schools and he wanted one for our younger college football player's school.

The shirts didn't fit but as a first time customer, I am supposed to get my shirt replaced & we gave the other shirt to our grandson. I can't wait to get my new shirt

Easy to order. Shipping a little slow. Unsure if that was because the item was made to order or just the holiday season. Got the item before Xmas which was refreshing.

It was a good experience. I would order again from here. Size does run a little smaller so I would go next size up. I'm a 3X but this one is snug. Could lose a few pounds though.
