Easy to order, but I was giving it as a gift and I didn't see any place on the order form to say it was a gift and let the recipient know who it was from.

The quality of the printing on the sweatshirt is really poor. It's smearing/coming off and we have not worn it or washed it yet.

I'm obsessed with the quality of the sweatshirts, it was cozy and stylish. The shipping price was a bit high but it made up for the quality in the sweatshirts.

The ordering and customizing the logo was very easy. There were many options. The shirt we ordered was not very stretchy at all so it fits a little snug. We will probably hand wash.

The hat was advertised showing small, minimal lettering. When I got it the letters were huge and disproportionate. I called and got a replacement and it was the same problem.

I am disappointed in the color of the lettering. I was expecting orange lettering as the school mascot is a tiger. Instead the lettering looks red which is a rival school.
