Shipping charges high
One of the sweatshirts' letter is ironed on wrinkled.
I have emailed customer support but have not received a response.
Contacted them 3 times. Twice about the delay in my order. They guaranteed I would receive it before Christmas and refunded my shipping charges. The third time was concerning the wrinkled logo on the sweatshirt. I have not received a response yet.
