Had a question about a particular size and sent the message as directed on the website. I never heard back from PS, so I went with another company.
It was pretty bad-I wanted to see if they carried Tall sizes. There was a place to send a message if you needed another size. I emailed them twice and never heard back. Another company got - and will continue to get - got my business.
I'd recommend them only if they were the only one with the product...and my friend didn't have any questions!

It took a whole to get printed from purchase. No receipt/packing slip in the bag so recipient didn't know who it was from.
