Order lost and took almost a month to get after because of the long waiting period for customer service.
Had to wait long periods to get a response. Didn’t get a response until I escalated the issue. Hoping this second time will be a better experience.
I placed another order recently to give the company another try. Product itself is great, getting the order was difficult. If this order goes the same way I would not recommend the company.
