I love your products and have ordered often, however, I find that products run small. In a most recent email I wrote to customer service regarding my concerns of an XL zip up. I was told to measure the sweatshirts dimensions and send reply with the findings. I'm uncertain why I was asked to do that. Being so close to Christmas I opted to give the zip-up to another person as a gift instead of the individual it was intended for as it would not have fit them.
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.
Super easy, and quick. Loved the text message updates at every step of the process.

Not happy with my sweatshirt. I have ordered before but this one is not great.
I ordered a red sweatshirt and it has white in the middle and when I received it, it was pink in the middle. I washed it once and it’s even more pink. Disappointed.
