I love your products and have ordered often, however, I find that products run small. In a most recent email I wrote to customer service regarding my concerns of an XL zip up. I was told to measure the sweatshirts dimensions and send reply with the findings. I'm uncertain why I was asked to do that. Being so close to Christmas I opted to give the zip-up to another person as a gift instead of the individual it was intended for as it would not have fit them.
I would have liked to see an example of what I ordered with customized choices. As it turned out. I ordered my items personalized. They didn't come with my sons last name or number. So I was pretty disappointed. My husband ordered one for himself and it came with the personalization. So I'm kind of confused why mine did not.
The website was a pleasure to use. There was a large variety of shirts to choose from.
The shirt I ordered is very pretty and I like the variety of logos for the colleges.

Not at this time, no. The shirt I received was a large, and I normally wear a small to medium. The chest at least was fine, but the sleeves were extremely narrow

I had an error on my order. When I contacted the company they corrected the order.
I made an error with the order, I could not reach anyone to get it corrected. Finally, after several attempts someone contacted me by email. My order was replaced immediately.

I ordered the wrong name on an order (Tahquamenon Area Indians) and actually wanted Newberry Indians but couldn't find it until after I placed the order. I have tried several attempts to reach you to cancel the first order placed on 9-18-22, but I was unable to get through to anyone to handle the issue. Therefore, I had to place another order today, to replace the incorrect wording in apparrel. I am not happy that I could not get through to anyone to handle this order and get cancelled and had to spend double the money to get what I wanted….
