Worst company. Pret A Manger went downhill since the pandemic but already before when the new CEO took over. The former CEO wasn't that good either after having ignored the deaths of customers and several injuries from unlabeled allergens. The current CEO was UK managing director at the time and also ignored it until it got public in the press.
Work conditions are bad due to overworking employees and it reflects on the service and food quality. Smaller portions, cheaper ingredients, hiked prices, all in all not a company in how Pret presents to the public.
Molded food, dirty shops and so on.
