It does take about 3 weeks to receive an order but it was completely worth the wait! My ring arrived with all the required documentation and certification. It was in a beautiful box with a light for display and the ring itself is phenomenal! I went with the higher grade diamonds and my ring sparkles and shines amazingly! The pictures can't even do it justice. It's gorgeous. I absolutely love it. I will purchase from PrimeStyle again.

I discovered this website recently when I needed to buy my youngest niece a birthday present. For some reason [I guess because her parents are religious] she decided she wanted a cross shaped pendant. Thankfully I found prime style in time, because those pendants can be extremely expensive. I ended up buying from primestyle because – well not to put too fine a point on it – they were considerably cheaper than anywhere else. I don't only base my decision on price, and after contacting their customer service I was also pleased with the quality of knowledge and services that they provided. I will be using them again, and I can't give any more recommendation than that.

Their customer service was really excellent. They were in touch with us throughout the whole process of making my bridal set sending 3D photos. I will definitely be purchasing from this agency in the future.

Purchased an eternity ring as a surprise for my wife. Though the ring was beautiful, it didn't match well with her engagement ring and wedding band (difficult to do when it's a surprise). I contacted customer service and no questions asked they were willing to modify or replace with a different style to better match her existing rings. Communication was great, no pressure experience and even was provided a 1 week extension on the return policy just based on the timing of having a new ring made and shipped to then decide if we were keeping the first and making modifications to the setting or keeping the second. Would definitely recommend. As a side note, we walked into a local jewelry store just to take a look at various settings and after looking over my wife's ring from PrimeStyle, they pulled out comparable options that were 6 times what I paid. Any uncertainty I had about cost and quality was gone. This won't be my last purchase.

I'm not usually one to write reviews on these review sites, but it's only fair because I found primestyle after reading the reviews on this site. They are mostly positive reviews, although there are a few negative ones and I can see how some people might think that the quality of the diamonds they ordered are somewhat below par but I think that's just a question of lack of education. One of the great things about this site is they offer a big range of education pages which helped me understand all about, weight and settings so I was better able to make an informed decision. I suggest – especially if you don't know what you're doing – heading over there and taking a look at their education pages before you make any decisions, because the information they provide seems to be well balanced and genuine.

This is one truly value providing company. Very beautiful and elegant designs are what I always wanted in my jewelry. Primestyle's delivery…bang on time. Their customer service…prompt and up to the mark. I have just one complaint though, there was some problem while I was making the payment, it was not going beyond the order page, but they were quick to address my issue when I called them. It was a satisfactory experience buying from Primestyle. Told my friends about it already.

If you're looking for a place to buy cheap diamond jewelry, then I suggest you take a look at this Company. According to their sales pitch the reason that so much less expensive than anybody else is because they actually manufacture the jewelry themselves, which means that cutting out the middleman saves you 50 to 78% off retail - seems a lot, but I understand it's about the right markup a retail outlet would make on diamond jewelry. I have used them three times now, each time buying a different product and each time having a good experience. They get the highest rating I can give.

My engagement ring from here is absolutely beautiful. Had a slight issue when I got soap into the setting for one of the side diamonds. Called primestyle and the manager sent me out a label right away. They replaced the diamond and reset the entire piece for us. Every step of the way they kept us appraised of what was going on.
Totally recommend them to anyone looking. Fantastic customer service. We will be using them for our wedding bands as well.

Customer service answered all my questions. Even went out of their way to measure the width of several mens wedding bands because they were not listed on the website. Ring arrived within 1 week. The diamonds were sparkly and beautiful. My husband loved it. I would recommend Primestyle to others and we will purchase other items from you in the future.

Primestyle is a lifesaver. Well, I guess "lifesaver," might be a slight exaggeration but when it comes to buying presents for my girlfriend I have to put my hand up and say I am absolutely useless. She keeps telling me that she's left me clues lying around, but I always seem to miss them and when it's time for her birthday or Christmas I always find myself at a loss as to what to buy. But that is now changed since I found primestyle and their incredibly useful and extremely patient customer service help desk. A great company to deal with, especially if you're on a budget. I had spent the previous two weeks looking for a diamond engagement ring from my girlfriend before I asked her to marry me, and was beginning to despair of finding anything pretty and affordable. Then I found primestyle, spoke with a guy called David over their helpline – it's a free phone call if you are in the US, I don't know about other countries, but he was very helpful and before I knew it I was ready to order the ring. It arrived two days later and now I'm eagerly anticipating the right moment to ask her to marry me. The ring looks fantastic and way better than anything I might've been able to afford from the local jewelry stores – so wish me luck!

I think the best thing about primestyle is that customer service seems to be a priority with them. I was a little wary of buying from a company that discounts so heavily because I expected their customer service to suck, but the opposite was true with gentlemen I dealt with was very helpful, knew his product range inside and out, I was only too happy to help me with my decision. Once we had talked our way through my needs, he found exactly what I needed, I paid, and the items were delivered toot suite. I noticed there were a couple of negative reviews on this website so I decided to balance that up a little because my experience was very good.

I have only bought a few books on the internet so am very new to buying things online. I purchased a mens ring for my boyfriend’s birthday last month. We have been together for a long time and it can be quite difficult to buy for him. This is the first piece of jewellery I have given him (other than a watch about 10 years ago). It took about two weeks to receive the ring which, with the regional weather dramas we’ve had, I’m surprised about considering the ring was custom made. He seems extremely happy with the ring. The whole process was so simple that I’m considering buying myself a necklace/pendant now so that’s a positive review from me.

Great service, low prices, sloppy delivery system. I guess you can't make too many complaints about the poor ordering system when the prices are this low. I don't know what happened to my order exactly but it was almost a week late. Fortunately I had ordered plenty of time, and I suggest that if you use these guys you do the same if my delivery experience is anything to go by. Having said that when I found him with a problem they take care of the matter straightaway, and when the ring arrived, the quality and price was perfect so – you can't have everything I suppose. It is amazing to see that every time I buy a jewelry item from Prime Style I get various bonus offers. No other site gives you such lucrative offers on the quality diamond items. This time I ordered a luxuriant princess cut diamond ring for my darling wife and I got a 600$ cut in the price and the item cost me only 770$. Isn't it unbelievable? Mike one of their customer executive told me that it was their product, so they are selling it at the factory rates. Moreover, my jewelry item also accompanied the certification and came without any shipping charges!

I picked up a fantastic bargain from primestyle's clearance section and have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm assuming that the products in the clearance section are unwanted orders or returns, but the prices are ridiculous - I picked up a pair of diamond earring studs for less than $350. I had seen exactly the same type of earrings in a jewelry store in the mall for over $1500. So I was able to surprise my wife, and she still thinks I've managed to find 1500 bucks from somewhere. So maybe she'll have let me have that jet ski after all. Thanks a bunch primestyle. :D

I have mixed feelings about Primestyle after I shopped for a couple of times from them.

Not quite up to De Beers standard, but let's face it, when you are saving $3000 on a $5000 ring you don't expect it to be made by famous designers – do you? All in all this company does exactly what they say they going to do and sell good quality discount diamond jewelry, by cutting out the middleman. I have ordered several items from them and always been very satisfied with both the quality of the product and customer service in fact I'm surprised at just how good the customer services considering the low prices. I've always found, when using other companies, that if the price is low there was no customer service involved, but the opposite is true with primestyle – their customer service is second to none, and whenever I've spoken to anybody in their customer service department always been impressed with the level of knowledge and understanding of the product range. I have nothing bad to say about them, which – for me – is somewhat unusual.

Used PrimeStyle for a band and setting for a stone I already had. When my husband and I visited Africa several years ago we bought a really good quality ruby. I decided that for our anniversary it would be nice to have it set (finally!). I chose a thick platinum band and had it mounted locally because I was too nervous to send the ruby anywhere. The whole thing together looks just gorgeous – I'm glad I went with platinum instead of white gold because the weight is nicer I think. The band came on time (ok, one day later than I expected) and the communication was good all the way through. Would recommend them.

I am an idiot when it comes to buying presents for my wife, but since I found primestyle, it is as though I have become a master. I just contact their live help system and ask them what I should buy. They are extremely helpful, know their product range inside out and so far – touch wood – everything they have recommended has pleased my wife. I know eventually I will run out of products to buy from them, but until that time comes, I will be contacting them a few weeks before her birthday on a regular basis. Great company to deal with.

If you're not a heavy buyer and don't like to spend a lot of money on jewelry but are particular about the quality, then primestyle is for you. However if you have big budgets with thousands of dollars in your pocket then I recommend other places to you. This website is mainly for those who want to spend anywhere between $1000 and $3000 though they do have products that cost much higher. I purchased 3 diamonds of different cuts (emerald cut, round cut and heart cut), one cross pendant and one tennis bracelet from them in the past 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. This is how I would rate them.
