Hey cannot fulfill next day delivery orders so don't bother paying the next day charge. Every single time my order has failed to turn up next day. I have spent over £400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. I only order because of Lorna Luxe once her contract ends I will be shopping elsewhere as the service and quality if we are being honest is not worth the price
I am extremely frustrated with this company. My daughter ordered clothing two months ago to the value of r2000. Tracking says it's been delivered but no sign of a parcel as yet. To add insult to injury it's virtually impossible to speak to anyone tgere as customer service number is NEVER available!

I ordered stuff for my daughter for Christmas. You have to order right away because things sell out very fast. We'll be careful. They don't tell you you only have 30 days to return. Very difficult when Christmas shopping. Contacted customer service & they were unable to help me. Told me to try to resell on Cursty. Also one of the items was defective. Will never order from them again. Terrible customer service

Absolutely the worst experience. Ordered clothes for over SEK 2,000. First, delivery took a month instead of 6 days (which they guaranteed). Then they have totally failed to include my contact information as well as put in some weird delivery method that says the package should be returned IMMEDIATELY if it can't be delivered to the door. When Postnord then (a month after the order) tries to deliver my package, I don't know about this because I can neither track my package with Postnord because my contact details are not linked to the package and they cannot contact me when they do not enter the apartment building. I have not been able to include my port code at any point during the delivery/order (again, because I had no information on where in the world the package was) and due to PP's strange choice of delivery method, the package immediately started being sent back to the US. When, after HOURS of searching via DHL and Postnord, I find my package (in Denmark, on the way back to the US) and contact PP to understand what has happened, they say "there is nothing we can do, it says that it could not be delivered and you have to order again goodbye". The SICKEST thing I've ever been through. Will never, EVER order from here again or recommend to anyone.

When I expressed that I did not like their return policy, I was told "sorry, have a wonderful night. "Terrible way to do business. Do they not realize that it is us middle class parents who are paying for their items for their kids?! I can also get similar items for cheaper somewhere else, so why go there?

Unsatisfactory product and disappointing customer service. Today, I got a phone case for my daughter's iPhone 11 that cost us $21.49, shipping included. Despite being labeled for an iPhone 11, the case was way too small and entirely unusable. Attempting to initiate a return online, I was offered either a partial refund of $7.03 or a $13.00 store credit, with another shipping fee for an item I don't want. I'm not seeking a return due to aesthetic preferences or sizing issues; the product is flawed and incompatible with any iPhone 11, which we verified using other iPhone 11s in our household. The order ID is US*******. We expect a full refund, covering both the item and the shipping fees. If this experience is indicative of your business practices, I'd strongly advise against making any purchases from your company. You risk receiving a defective item with no reasonable means of redress.

They have no options to return defective items for a full refund. Only a partial refund of less that half of what was paid, even though it was defective. Not satisfactory at all.

An extra item got added to my cart and I didn't realize right before I placed my order, so I went to cancel it immediately after I purchased. I sent an email asking to cancel and they responded right away (5 minutes after I placed my order) and said they couldn't cancel it since it had already been "too long" since the order was placed and it had already been processed for dispatch (literally impossible but okay).

Bought my daughter a pair of pant for Christmas the very end of October. The pants did not fit they would not do anything. No exchange, no credit. Told us to sell them, seriously!? Any reputable store has an extended return/exchange policy for holidays. Not asking for refund just a credit or correct size. I will never purchase from them again. Too many other better options out there.

After 30 days no credit or exchange even on holiday purchases. They claim they extend for holidays but they did not. Offered 25% off a new item but why on earth would I give them any more money. Refusal to exchange an item received less than 60 days ago for holidays is poor customer service in my book. Not a refund just wanted to exchange!!

I bought some items from Princess Polly for the first time a few months ago. The items are very trendy and quite affordable. Some of the items were low quality, some were decent. I was disappointed with a few of the dainty pieces - one being a top that didn't fit comfortably and felt particularly flimsy.
However I particularly like their matching sets section.
It was easy to search for items that I needed and I like that they offer discounts and sales from time to time.
They offered free AU shipping over $50.

I've worn Princess Polly clothes before but they were my friends pieces so this time I decided to shop for some of my own! This was my first purchase with the brand and I was really excited! If you're looking for the latest clothing this season and want to buy it at a reasonably affordable price, Princess Polly is the place to look. Princess Polly supplies clothing from a range of partner brands such as Motel, Levi's, Doc Martens and Lioness. This means you can get a range of different items from them; shoes, skirts, jeans, accessories, swimwear and even makeup!
The only concern I would look out for is quality - sometimes the clothing is slightly worse quality than it appears on the website but I've never had any major issues.

Expect cheap quality clothing at marked up prices and terrible customer service.
Bought two skirts in the same size but the sizing between the two were extremely off.
The material was also very poor quality (expect Shein quality but at 5 times the price). Beware of sponsored reviews!
One customer service agent said that the item can be exchanged while another said it cannot. Turns out, exchanges are not available to international customers (which is written at the very bottom of the page instead of under the "FREE EXCHANGES" section). International customers must also pay for return shipping.
Learned my lesson and will not be purchasing from Princess Polly again.

Their items honestly have a great fit and feel. Some things I recommend are their wyoming pinstripe blazer and ALL of their bags! Stay away from their heeled shoes as they are super cute but not comfy. Make sure to wait for a sale because it's definitely not worth full price.

I ordered from Europe and the parcel came after 20 days, so the delivery was not so bad. I ordered a trench coat and I was extremely excited. After the delivery I am disappointed. The quality is just a joke. The buckles are plastic, not even metal. The fabric is soo thin, you can literally feel like it is going to fall apart. I mean I bought cheaper clothes in the past with better lining and stitching. I am not expecting perfection but at least some basic things. I wrote to custom service and they expect pictures from me. How am i suppose to proof that this item is so bad in real life, when in pictures is just perfect. I came to the conclusion that most of fast fashion brands do not care how the product looks outside of the studio. Lets not even mention the plastic bag it came in. And if i want to return it it will take forever. If you are outside USA, do not bother, it will cost you too much for too little.

Wow, I cannot even put into words how upset I am. I ordered two pairs of pants a pair of sunglasses and a pair of shoes. They never sent the shoes and only after I sent a follow email did they say that the shoes were no longer in stock and I would be refunded. Why waste peoples time? Now I'm on the hunt for a white sandal for my vacation which is coming up very soon and it's only adding extra stress. The two pairs of pants I ordered are extremely different sizes even though they're the same pant.The sunglasses are terrible quality and would not even be five dollars at the store. Return cost money even though the shipping of my order took longer than expected. Ridiculous that they're charging customers 7 dollars to return items when every other website has returns for free... Especially when I needed the clothes for a specific event and didn't get them on time. They said they asked for an "extra delivery day" on their website and claimed that the "next business day" with an extra day in between was the 16th, when I ordered on the 11th... don't say things will be delivered in a certain amount of days when they won't be. I just wasted 7 dollars for no apparent reason... won't be ordering from here ever again.

I ordered from Happy and Polly and received a Fed Ex tracking number over 2 weeks ago. When I track the package through Fed Ex, the only info available is that the tracking number was issued and has never been received by Fed Ex at all. Also, my email to service has not been answered! Now I have to go through my credit card to report this charge as fraud!
