Beware. Overnight shipping is a scam and then they charge ridiculous fees to return your items and make you wait up to 30 days to get your money back. Terrible customer service!
Always really beautiful and trendy items! Great customer service and quick replies when you encounter any issues. My favorite store. Designer quality clothes on a budget! Sizing is accurate too and fits are on point.
This was my first and last visit. I arrived at the store at 8:40 PM and picked out a few sweaters and dresses to try on, only to be told by the dressing room attendant that it was "too late" to use the fitting rooms. Another sales associate suggested I purchase everything and return what didn't work. If you're going to close the fitting rooms early, at least inform customers when they enter the store. The service was rude and completely unacceptable.
Bought my daughter a pair of pant for Christmas the very end of October. The pants did not fit they would not do anything. No exchange, no credit. Told us to sell them, seriously!? Any reputable store has an extended return/exchange policy for holidays. Not asking for refund just a credit or correct size. I will never purchase from them again. Too many other better options out there.
Hey cannot fulfill next day delivery orders so don't bother paying the next day charge. Every single time my order has failed to turn up next day. I have spent over £400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. I only order because of Lorna Luxe once her contract ends I will be shopping elsewhere as the service and quality if we are being honest is not worth the price
I ordered stuff for my daughter for Christmas. You have to order right away because things sell out very fast. We'll be careful. They don't tell you you only have 30 days to return. Very difficult when Christmas shopping. Contacted customer service & they were unable to help me. Told me to try to resell on Cursty. Also one of the items was defective. Will never order from them again. Terrible customer service
I ordered a sweater for my grand daughters birthday. Their advertising indicated 4-6 days shipping. It is now 16 days and no order has been delivered and her birthday has come and gone. If you are buying a Christmas gift do not expect to get it in time.
When I expressed that I did not like their return policy, I was told "sorry, have a wonderful night. "Terrible way to do business. Do they not realize that it is us middle class parents who are paying for their items for their kids?! I can also get similar items for cheaper somewhere else, so why go there?
Awful awful quality. Princess polly has gone down in qualtiy over the last years. Tried to give them nother chance recently as some of the styles online looked cute...bad decision. ALSO tried returning my items and they DONT return the full amount back. They forever lost a customer. Bye!
I ordered from Happy and Polly and received a Fed Ex tracking number over 2 weeks ago. When I track the package through Fed Ex, the only info available is that the tracking number was issued and has never been received by Fed Ex at all. Also, my email to service has not been answered! Now I have to go through my credit card to report this charge as fraud!
I am extremely frustrated with this company. My daughter ordered clothing two months ago to the value of r2000. Tracking says it's been delivered but no sign of a parcel as yet. To add insult to injury it's virtually impossible to speak to anyone tgere as customer service number is NEVER available!
Unsatisfactory product and disappointing customer service. Today, I got a phone case for my daughter's iPhone 11 that cost us $21.49, shipping included. Despite being labeled for an iPhone 11, the case was way too small and entirely unusable. Attempting to initiate a return online, I was offered either a partial refund of $7.03 or a $13.00 store credit, with another shipping fee for an item I don't want. I'm not seeking a return due to aesthetic preferences or sizing issues; the product is flawed and incompatible with any iPhone 11, which we verified using other iPhone 11s in our household. The order ID is US*******. We expect a full refund, covering both the item and the shipping fees. If this experience is indicative of your business practices, I'd strongly advise against making any purchases from your company. You risk receiving a defective item with no reasonable means of redress.
An extra item got added to my cart and I didn't realize right before I placed my order, so I went to cancel it immediately after I purchased. I sent an email asking to cancel and they responded right away (5 minutes after I placed my order) and said they couldn't cancel it since it had already been "too long" since the order was placed and it had already been processed for dispatch (literally impossible but okay).
They charge you extra for overnight delivery ($25) but do not send overnight as promised. $#*! quality, $#*! customer service. Returning my order & never using this company again. Ew.

But when I returned the item that was too big same day I received it, paid out of my own pocket just about as much as the item. And they claimed they never received it. Three months later and I'm out of money and an item. And they did not refund me, and refuse to help me whatsoever they say they need proof of sent back item. That was three months ago. I bought some items from Princess Polly for the first time a few months ago. The items are very trendy and quite affordable. Some of the items were low quality, some were decent. I was disappointed with a few of the dainty pieces - one being a top that didn't fit comfortably and felt particularly flimsy.
However I particularly like their matching sets section.
It was easy to search for items that I needed and I like that they offer discounts and sales from time to time.
They offered free AU shipping over $50.

Expect cheap quality clothing at marked up prices and terrible customer service.
Bought two skirts in the same size but the sizing between the two were extremely off.
The material was also very poor quality (expect Shein quality but at 5 times the price). Beware of sponsored reviews!
One customer service agent said that the item can be exchanged while another said it cannot. Turns out, exchanges are not available to international customers (which is written at the very bottom of the page instead of under the "FREE EXCHANGES" section). International customers must also pay for return shipping.
Learned my lesson and will not be purchasing from Princess Polly again.
This website is a scam. They misrepresent their clothing, size and material, do not own up to their mistakes and then charge a$ 7 handling fee per item for a return. I would warn all consumers and FORBID them from shopping here. I hope they close down
I ordered from Europe and the parcel came after 20 days, so the delivery was not so bad. I ordered a trench coat and I was extremely excited. After the delivery I am disappointed. The quality is just a joke. The buckles are plastic, not even metal. The fabric is soo thin, you can literally feel like it is going to fall apart. I mean I bought cheaper clothes in the past with better lining and stitching. I am not expecting perfection but at least some basic things. I wrote to custom service and they expect pictures from me. How am i suppose to proof that this item is so bad in real life, when in pictures is just perfect. I came to the conclusion that most of fast fashion brands do not care how the product looks outside of the studio. Lets not even mention the plastic bag it came in. And if i want to return it it will take forever. If you are outside USA, do not bother, it will cost you too much for too little.
