Hey cannot fulfill next day delivery orders so don't bother paying the next day charge. Every single time my order has failed to turn up next day. I have spent over £400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. I only order because of Lorna Luxe once her contract ends I will be shopping elsewhere as the service and quality if we are being honest is not worth the price

I am extremely frustrated with this company. My daughter ordered clothing two months ago to the value of r2000. Tracking says it's been delivered but no sign of a parcel as yet. To add insult to injury it's virtually impossible to speak to anyone tgere as customer service number is NEVER available!

First time to shop here, I wont be doing so again. Despite being given a 20% discount for the inconvenience of paying for international EXPRESS courier delivery and duties for my order NOT to arrive in the 2-4 day time period.
12 days later and it has finally arrived…. However my graduation evening functions have been and gone and the dresses are no longer needed.
Really disappointed with this company and it's gushy but useless excuses and apologies. Why would I want to buy more clothes with the 20% discount code they meekly offer for their poor international delivery. I now have to pay $25 to return the items.
COVID convenience excuses are no longer acceptable after 18 months of them being abused.

Tip for consumers:
Express international delivery is very slow and takes a couple of weeks. Return delivery costs are high. Customer relations really poor.

$32- for a skirt that is so cheaply made. Most of their dresses look like Romwe or Shein which has better skirts and dresses that are actually really well made and cost me 7-16 bux. $41-50 for a dress that is comparable to some of the Shein dresses that are displayed without a model and they are terrible quality. I am talking badly sewn, the lining feels weird and such plastic cheap fabric (I am referring to the Tazmin green dress and some others.). Some of their items are better quality like the Just Friends plaid dress that I bought in 2020 and the Harmony and Lara/Marla/Karla dresses but again, $44-50 for a dress that actually costs 20-25 at other stores, it's not worth it. I made 9 orders with them last year and in 2020 of about 85-100 dollars each for 2 or 3 items. Even Dolls Kill can be cheaper and better quality than them.
Also dresses and tops run very small, they're not made for women with athletic curves and im a size 4 but I have muscular curves. The models are either overly, unhealthy skinny like XXS walking bones or plus size, nothing in between. They need to have a shape category for women than are thin but have curves. I see why stores like Windsorstore are pricier cuz theyre classy and have physical stores too, but I cannot stomach the prices here.
I have to say the reviews on their site are real, I have post some too and the size the models wear is accurate too, most wear a 2 or 4 and I usually fit in the size 6 while im 34DD 25 39 115lbs 5'7 and their site tells me I am a size 4 and then my butt won't fit, the boobs are hanging out. Maybe this store is for teens.

They have great products that are also good quality. They customer service was amazing too, I needed to return an item as I ordered the wrong size and the person helping me through the process was amazing and I was refunded shortly after. I'll definitely continue to shop here

Been purchasing playsuits, sets and cute tops here for years and to be fair, they got overall good fast service. Customer service is quite helpful and prompt. Their sales are pretty good as well. Cute styles but some of their pieces don't have the best quality fabric and still going at about $60 and above, just aimed at school girls who don't know better. This is the place for mass produced stuff and last minute outfits with free returns if it doesn't work out. Fast fashion at its finest although few of their stuff do come from good local brands so those are of good quality. Beware that not all of their honest individual reviews make it on the product page so I'm writing it here.

Tip for consumers:
Never pay for shipping because if you need to return it, there’s fees on top of the return shipping

Let me start by saying, I absolutely love princess polly. They always have the trendiest and cutest selection of clothing, and often have hard to get styles of items. They do have a lot of good items run out of stock, so if you're considering something, buy it ASAP! I recently ordered a pair of shoes from here, and the packaging was not great, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. For the price I pay, I would have expected better packaging. The thin poly mailer they used was ripped open and the box was smashed. Customer service could definitely improve as well, but they ended up refunding me a portion of my purchase since the shoes were out of stock and I couldn't exchange them for another pair with a box in better condition. I think an honest review would be 5/5 for their clothing selection, and 3/5 for packaging and customer service, which is why I met in the middle at 4 stars. Would love to see improvement from them!

Tip for consumers:
Items on their site sell out quick, so make sure and be on top of it when buying especially if it’s a trendier item!

Princess Polly is great value, great quality clothing and great range. There customer service is the best out there. I have been shopping with PP for years now and not one problem. They have the best returns policy I have encountered and the delivery is the fastest. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Their clothes are actually great quality a lot of my basics are from there, however their website is sooooooooo slow. I would just use their mobile app. In my personal opinion its one of the only fast fashion brands that are worth the money. Some of their material is synthetic but the pieces themselves are well crafted. Shipping & delivery takes a week on average

I bought 3 items and one zipper was broken and the other 2 did not fit well so I paid 8.99 to return them first off which us dumb, then now they bbn keep lying and not refunding me and giving me the run around. Afterpay is still trying to charge me too! This is the most disgusting company ever! They want me to pay for stuff I returned when all they have to do is do their job and process the return! Insane!

I placed and order and never received part of if. When I asked for refund or store credit, they refused. Wanted me to take a pic of an item I didn't have to prove that I didn't have it. Be careful they rob you.

I bought the Abe puffer from them. It was shein grade quality and falling apart when I received it. All of the stuffing on the inside of the puffer quickly balled up and fell to the bottom to the point where I wasn't even able to wash it. All the seams had strings hanging and some of them were literally completely gone.
That aside, I posted this review on their website and they won't even allow it to be on the reviews. I had a feeling when all of the reviews were raving about them and the "bad" reviews were hardly bad and still 3/4 stars. Needless to say, they hide how poor quality their close are by having someone review the reviews and pick and choose which ones are posted to their site.

We ordered in SEPTEMBER 2022 and to this day January 2023 - we have still never received anything. When I never heard from them and never received it - I messaged them to cancel my order that said it had "just shipped" - three months AFTER we ordered it. Yet - we still don't have it. Now they say it's too late to get my money back - so I have no dress and can't get any money back. DON'T ORDER from this site!

I was so blunt on what I needed and what I request that they still managed to mess up my package package. And on top of that they still messed up towards the end and nothing is resolved. My package was about to get here they returned it back for no reason after payment was made and now the package that I was waiting for 2 weeks is going back to their location. Not to mention to not waste your time on the 2 day shipping because it will not happen.

Do not purchase from this website... it's a scam! I have reported them to BBB. I placed an order on May 6 and still have not received an order. I was given two different tracking numbers and neither one was a delivery of my package!

Really cute clothes and true to size, what more could I ask for. No duties or taxes at the door and I live in Canada. I thought I would be slammed with one since I believe this company is Australian based but they literally just left it on my doorstep. It took about a week and a half to get to me which seems to be the all around consensus with all my packages that I order online. Would shop here again. ( it's my first time) (; got the top in a extra small. Its called Ferentina Crop Top. Then I got he cardigan in a small. It's called TWIIN Era Cropped Cardi Top. Quality is overall good but I would stay prices are a n little steep.

I ordered a pair of jeans in my normal size and they were WAY too big. I exchanged them for a size smaller and they were in stock so I ordered them. After 3 weeks of them not arriving, I call to find out they had given my jeans to someone else. I was very angry because I had been waiting for a while for this pair of jean I had paid for. They refunded me but the jeans aren't even sold in the stores anymore so I can't get them. Very big lack of communication within their company I guess. Very disappointing.

I've heard great things about their clothes, so I ordered a skirt and a romper for a vacation I was taking. Since I was leaving the Friday night for my trip, I paid for express shipping to ensure it was there by Friday at the latest. I verified with a customer service agent that if I order before 2pm, then it will ship same day and take 1-2 business days to deliver. It's now the following Tuesday, I'm long gone, and my package is still no where near - I emailed them to at the very least demand a refund on the $14 I paid for express shipping, but they refused and said it was "out of their control". All I wanted was a refund on that because I paid for a service that they didn't follow through on... TERRIBLE customer service, too - they sign off each email with cute emojis and stuff but literally do nothing to help other than give me a measly discount for my next purchase, but I don't imagine I'll be buying from them ever again. Would not recommend.

I ordered from the site and I loved the clothing!
But when I returned the item that was too big same day I received it, paid out of my own pocket just about as much as the item. And they claimed they never received it. Three months later and I'm out of money and an item. And they did not refund me, and refuse to help me whatsoever they say they need proof of sent back item. That was three months ago. I don't have the receipt anymore. My mail lady saw and knows I sent it. Soooo idk. Right on

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE HERE if you want your items. I ordered $550 WORTH of clothes and did not receive my package. Instead of compensating me through a refund, I was then offered a "giftcard" to which THEY DISABLED. I'm now out of $500 and so many clothes. NOT WORTH IT.

It was my first time shopping with Princess Polly, and I was excited to receive the clothing I selected. The delivery was amazingly quick; I received the order in less than 48 hours after placing it on standard shipping. The communication was also stellar; I was kept updated with great communication throughout.

However, unfortunately, upon receiving my order an hour ago I have been extremely disappointed. Firstly, two items (one of which was sold as "final sale" (I.e. Non-returnable) arrived faulty - one with white stains (olive cap) and the other with some random red threading (on a grey sweatshirt)?! Honestly, I thought I'd ordered from a second hand store for a minute… No disrespect towards second hand stores, I just mean I was obviously shocked to be receiving items that weren't exactly cheap with obvious faults.

As I made my way through the rest of the items, I found that my order was also completely missing two items that I was eager to receive. By this point I was seriously questioning the legitimacy of this company so looked them up online to discover some other terrible reviews here. That's the LAST TIME I don't check reviews for a new store! I can only hope I am able to get the money back for these items.

Further, I reviewed Princess Polly's return policy before completing my order to check whether return expenses would be required. Nowhere on the website is it mentioned that return expenses ARE REQUIRED, if you are wanting a refund to your initial payment method rather than a store gift card. This is incredibly deceptive and adds to the negative sentiment I have gained. I sincerely wish I didn't have to write this complaint. It's not how I wish to spend my time, and I'm annoyed that I have to report on these things which I believe should be standard practices of customer service.

As I mentioned it is my first encounter with the company, and I'm sad that it will be my last as I was initially excited to find a brand that I could rely on for some lovely clothes. Even if they made all their wrongs right I would never buy from this store again as I really don't want to support such sloppy practices or represent such a brand through my clothing.

This company will be out of business soon if recent behavior is any indicator. I ordered my daughter's Christmas presents from Princess Polly on December 2nd. Their website said everything was in stock and ‘ready to ship'. The following day I received an email from them saying that due to COVID they were experiencing some delays (understandable), and they would email me with my tracking number when my items had shipped. "Nothing to do here, babe"... just letting me know. Fine. Fast-forward 3 weeks and still NO COMMUNICATION from Princess Polly. Christmas is in 3 days. I have called customer service a dozen times or more, and each time I wait on hold for 10-15 minutes and then a recorded message comes on and says ‘sorry, but no one is available to take your call at this time... Please try again later ". Then it HANGS UP on you. I've also emailed customer service multiple times and get an automated response saying they received my email and please give them 48 hours to respond. That was over a week ago. Nothing since then. Nada. I cannot reach them and it seems like this is a giant scam.
