My experience with Printerpix support/ customer service staff via email is the best of any company I've encountered. Either you hire the right people or train them well or both. Griffin was timely, professional and courteous in helping resolve my concern. This response was re: Finalizing order; question re cost & voucher(#1488400) Assigned agent Griffin
The quality of the printing is very poor and they are refusing refund. Professional pictures are all bleary, pictures are cut. Waste of a lot of money
