I was very confused initially, with the amount I was going to have to pay for 2 blankets and the packaging, when I had already bought the blankets. I eventually spoke to Vincenzo, who was very helpful and managed to sort the order and the postage when I paid for it on PayPal.
I am hoping the blankets turn up OK, after reading some of the negative feedback on here.

Moses was helpful and resolved my issue. There does appear to be an issue with the final quantity on the submission screen when I used a groupon voucher.

Vincenzo was helpful with deciding which calendar pack and uploading into my account. The creation of the photo's and narratives was generally easy as usual when as I have, you have completed several projects. Difficulties in the past with the checkout were eliminated, despite some technical problems from the printerpix end but Vincenzo and then Amy Joseph worked round their problems and Amy produced the payment link and made sure the transfer to produce the calendars was completed to my satisfaction
Nancy was such a help this morning, made the ordering for my Christmas presents a lot easier! Thank you Nancy! :)

Omdat mijn bestelde dekentjes nog niet binnen waren contact opgenomen via de chat. Ik kreeg Nancy. Ze heeft het uitgezocht en het pakje bleek verloren in transit. Erg jammer. Maar Nancy ging gelijk aan de slag en heeft het voor mij opnieuw verstuurd. Dus over enkele dagen krijg ik gelukkig alsnog mijn dekentjes...
