We purchased hardware for a crib on May 23 2018 and were told it was sent they now do not answer the phones or answer e-mails. The crib is built the baby is on the way with nothing to sleep in. Today is July 11th and time to contact the bank to fill a claim.
I ordered hardware for a crib. I trusted the rep to find the correct hardware after I c=gave him the brand, model and model number of the crib. He also promised to send me the assembly instructions. He said it would come in 5-10 days. A month later, I had to call and ask when it was coming and they said-Oh it is shipping out tomorrow. The package came, I went to put the crib together-no instructions. The screws are the wrong size! I have been calling for the past week! No one answers their phones. They returned my call, but not on the number I left, they called my home phone and left a general message. Then the next day they called my cell, when I answered, they hung up! I have 30 days to return the product but I cannot do it without an authorization number. June 30th is the 30 days. They won't return my call to give me the authorization number. This is such poor service! I would never recommend them!
