I'm shocked by all the negative reviews! I have had nothing but great experiences with the company. Their flowers are beautiful, and last much longer than those I've ordered from any other florists. On the one occasion that flowers (ordered by my brother for our mom) were sub-par, ProFlowers immediately sent another bouquet - that lasted for almost two weeks. Absolutely plan to continue using!
We picked out a beautiful bouquet as a 'thank you' to our friend… e-mails are sent to update you on the order… the last one I received said 'We've got this'. Well, they don't got this… arrangement was supposed to be delivered yesterday & still hasn't been delivered:O I was offered a $14 refund on a 95.00 purchase :( So, after some 'negotiations' I was offered 50% and a discount for 'Next time' - there will NOT be a next time with this poor service

I would give it no stars if I could. Never delivered the flowers I ordered. Shame on you I had to order elsewhere. Do not use them. They are not dependable.

Went to local store.
I ordered a sympathy arrangement from Proflowers for next day delivery. I received a confirmation and tracking number. After the promised delivery date I received a note that they were unable to complete the order as they couldn't assign it to a local florist. I was offered the opportunity to try again with a 3 day delivery window and a whopping $10 incentive coupon. No thanks! I found a local florist who did a great job.
I am surprised these people are still in business. I ordered $150.00 for flowers, a card and balloon for mother's day. My mother stay in another state from me. When she got her package, the flowers were dead. Look like they picked them from somewhere on the side of the road. Thanks for ruining a special day for my mother. Karma will get you people for taking money and not delivering. They better hope nobody come to that place of business and end up face to face with somebody.I rate them no stars that's how bad they are!
Tip for consumers:
Please save your money!!! This is a big scam.
Ok. I ordered and paid for same day delivery. Confirmed. Money given … Oh wait. Not same day now three day window…O wait! The florist they use is actually booked with rejected my order… huh? Then same thing day after day. It's a joke and very frustrating. Lies. BS. After four days of being lied to I cancelled the 160 dollar order. No flowers. No good feelings all around.

I ordered a bouquet of cut flowers in a square vase to be sent to a funeral home that was from 3 of my family members. Pictured below. With shipping it Cost us $79. When we arrived at the funeral home we found them (finally) in the back of the room on a little table. The recipients thought I had dropped off this vase and flowers because of the hand written note and the size of the flowers. They weren't remotely like what I ordered and the value was probably more like $9.99 from a grocery store! So embarrassing. Do not use ProFlowers!
Tip for consumers:
Pro Flowers is the biggest ripoff. Do not
Purchase from them!

I wish I could give this company a zero. My mom did not receive my order -Mother's Day. I asked for my money back and the customer service - with a heavy accent- just kept stating "It was delivered." I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for a long period of time. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE PEOPLE WITH DIFFICULTIES UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU'RE STATING OR THEY ARE TOLD TO DISREGARD YOUR ISSUES. MY MOTHER'S DAY WAS TERRIBLE. THANK YOU PROFLOWER FOR SHOWING ME THAT YOU'RE NOT FOR THE PUBLIC AND TAKE HARDWORKING PEOPLE MONEY WITH NO REGARDS TO YOUR ACTION. SHAME ON YOU!:-(

They were late to my mothers service! They walked in after it had already started! How is that possible, I placed the order a week in advance. I should have read these reviews before I placed with this company.
I tried to resolve this with them but they have ignored me.

I ordered flowers with a card a balloon, but got a trashy cheap looking flowers in a different ugly vase verses what was advertised and they also did not include the balloon. I contacted them and thier customer service told me they will deliver another one but never did and they just have ignored me at this point. I am out of $130.00 the flowers were not even worth $25. Smh, what a scam.
Tip for consumers:
This company is a scam. Empty promises and they do not care.
I will give you three stars because it was delivered the same day I ordered it, but I really didn't like the florist's arrangement, I expected something more decent. Fortunately, my long distance boyfriend liked it, but I hope next time the arrangements will be realistic, like the one on your website, because we paid for it even though there are so many hidden charges just to make our loved ones happy.
Ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers for a 98 year old spending her second day in a nursing facility with the name of Rose. Flowers arrived 1 day late, wrong size bouquet, only one rose in bunch with picture showing 4, the vase was supposed to be red but was clear. Actually, nothing about the order was correct. Don't use these guys if you have an expectation that what you see is what you get.

I rarely get flowers so I was super excited when I did! Although it seemed they were packed well, two buds were completely detached-so down to 10. So many petals fell off just trimming the stems and putting them in the vase that they looked more like baby roses. I called customer service and they sent another batch. No better! Again, although packed differently, still two bugs were completely detached. They were indeed fuller with less petals falling off while putting in case, less then 28 hrs after, petals were all over the floor and they were wilting. If they were bought in the store for $19.99 I wouldn't be as upset, but I looked online, so I know my boyfriend spend way more then that. Very disappointed!
I spent $250 for a valentines day delivery for my wife. I submitted the order on February 1st thinking everything would be fine... WRONG. At 2pm on valentines day (February 14th) I was notified that the gifts would not be delivered. I discussed and pleaded with the customer service rep to no avail. That's when he told me that not only would they not be delivered on that day, they would in fact be 2 WHOLE DAYS LATE. I was mortified and my wife was highly disappointed as her coworkers received their gifts but she did not. I've had several purchases with proflowers, but this was my last. For my inconvenience... they offered me a $10 coupon off my next delivery... yea... go ahead and keep that one guys. Completely unacceptable service.
Tip for consumers:
Spoke with customer service for nearly an hour. I asked for a supervisor and was told they don't have any available so I needed to just take their answers.

Flowers and chocolate covered strawberries.
ProFlowers appears to be using grocery store flower departments as their "florists" in Dallas - so expect grocery store quality. Additionally, they managed to not get my Valentines Day order to my wife on the 14th.
Then, when the order was delivered on the 15th… the order was wrong - no stuffed animal as per the order and a so-so mixed bouquet in a bland vase.
They have promised a full refund, but we'll see…

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Never will use them ever again. Never got a phone call or a message to tell me my order was canceled. The only way I found out my order was canceled was because I called to verify a time frame of the delivery. On Valentines day. Had I not been on my game I would have sat back and expected that my wife received her flowers. Thank god I had a back up plan. Fortunately for Proflowers no one will probably see this review therefore they will continue to be absolutely trash and continue to mess up peoples days.
Had a special rate that I used to buy flowers for my wife for Valentines. I ordered on the 10th, paid $21 for delivery, never showed up. I supplied my email, phone etc., NO ONE CALLED. I contacted them via email, they stated the address I supplied was inaccurate. It's the SAME address I have used for over 20 years, all other florists seem to find it. Why couldn't they call! NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered two dozen multi colored roses for my wife for Valentine's Day TO BE DELIVERED ON VALENTINE'S DAY. The flowers were delivered a day early with no notification. I live in upstate NY where it was in the low 20s. The flowers were sitting outside at my door for hours because I was not expecting them. To make matters worse the quality of the flowers was deplorable. I was horrified when my wife opened them. I was so ashamed and embarrassed to even present these wilted half dead flowers to my wife especially because she deserved so much better after all she does for our family. Proflowers should be ashamed of themselves. When I complained to customer service their solution was to offer me a 30% refund as if that was going to make everything better. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

More than $100 and what arrived at my mother's door on the other side of the country was embarrassing. My mom actually said, "Must have been a new company or something" when I asked her how they were. Sad floral predators.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it. Use someone reputable and honest.

Reached out to customer service and have not heard back. Disappointed in my order. Paid lot of $ for bouquet didn't know would be shipped overnight with no water. Product wilted and missing flowers! Paid for 20 got 17!
Ordered a low maintenance plant for my wife for V-day. Showed up broken with brown and yellow leaves. When she came in on Monday it was mostly black and dead. Got a full refund after calling in but will never order from them again.

My son just sent me two dozen roses, a box of chocolate covered strawberries and some lovely jasmine body cream. What a great gift for Mother's Day. The roses were fresh and Pro Flowers has partnered with women in Africa to weave these vases, so they can make money for their families. How great is that?
Thank you!
In the past I've had issues with Pro Flowers delivering quality bouquets. They have looked skimpy, kind of beat up, etc.
Just recently I tried to send some Easter flowers. I used ProFlowers only because I had a promo code. Right after placing the order I realized I forgot to enter the promo code, so I called to either have the order modified-- or to simply cancel it.
Their customer service is outsourced to a foreign location, reps have heavy indian accents and unfortunately don't seem to be very skilled with computer use. After 8-10 min phone call they were "unable" to cancel or modify my order that was placed only 5 min. Prior, and they were unable to get me a refund. Now after a pretty frustrating phone call, I'm left wondering... was the order ever cancelled? Will my grandma receive her Easter flowers? Lol. Should I place an order elsewhere? Not very helpful... Lesson learned, next time I'll use somewhere else.
