What a solid and sturdy bike! I can ride this hard and it doesn't wobble at all. The wheel is thin and cycles so smoothly. It's very quiet and allows me to watch tv, have others in the same room, or ride at night when the family is in bed because it doesn't wake anyone. I'm a beginner rider and I swapped out the seat for a wide saddle, but for an experienced rider, the seat it comes with is a good quality. This bike is a very comfortable ride that supports your lower back during a workout. We have very old and tired joints and the 400Ri has proven to be very gentle on them. The pedals are smooth and easy on the knees as well and don't cause your knees to lock during the ride. The seat is adjustable for multiple different heights. Above the display there is a ledge large enough to support a tablet/ipad but also can hold any cell phone for video or audio use. There is Bluetooth capabilities to connect your phone /tablet to the bike and an audio jack for listening. Overall the assembly was easy and able to be done in under an hour.

Proform's equipment is excellent. Although heavy (which was expected), the equipment was easy to set up. After setup, it took a few minutes to get used to the buttons and settings but once I was familiar with it, I was ready to go. I've had my treadmill for about 2 weeks and I love it. It's super compact and my running on it does not bother my neighbor downstairs who is home all the time since Covid, which means I can run late at night or early in the morning without worries.
