I have the ex5 "ProForm Tour De France CBC Bike and am very impressed with the quality. For less than $500 this bike is solid. I love the smart digital resistance. At Costco this bike comes with a package that includes a year membership of iFit. There are so many classes. They even have live classes where the trainer can adjust your resistance. I have recently gotten a proform pro c22 spin bike. This bike is completely solid! It's most definitely made to last and everyone in my house enjoys using it. It was very easy to put together which was great. The seat is not bad at all and the pedals are also great which include straps! While setting up my new Proform elliptical I ran into an issue where I couldn't figure out how to attach a piece. I reached out to ProForm and not only did they quickly help me figure out what I was doing wrong, they also gave me even more information about it! They wer le extremely friendly and helpful. I've seen ads for Proform products for years but always just went to the gym instead. Since Covid happened and there are so many new rules and regulations it was clear that working out at home would be the easiest thing for me. I finally but the bullet and got a proform elliptical and am so happy I did! It's super durable, it's great quality. It comes with more features than I could ever imagine and i get to use in the comfort and safety of my own home! I could not be more please with this company and would recommend it to everyone! I have received the upright bike at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback. I am extremely happy with my purchase of the upright bike. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is considering purchasing any of their products. The delivery was fast, the set up was super quick, the durability of the bike is great! This bike is compact and does not take up a lot of space making it great for someone who does not have the space for a big workout machine or someone who lives in an apartment. The bike seat is extremely comfortable and wide. On the back half of the bike stand there is a leveling system so if you are working out on non-carpet flooring you can level the bike so it does not wobble around. I currently have mine on carpet and have not had to worry about adjusting the settings at all. I really like that I now do not have to worry about going to the gym and can just exercise right at home!

I have nothing but positive things to say about proform! We started with their treadmill and because of my love for it I decided to incorporate the proform spin bike into my regular rotation! The instructions were easy to follow and customer service was so helpful when I couldn't figure out my Bluetooth connectivity to my tablet(my treadmill has the screen so I hadn't used the Bluetooth before) it was really simple after they explained it and I got it connected and was spinning in no time! Highly recommend.

I have both a elliptical and exercise bike by ProForm. The bike is the newest addition and have been using it with the iFit app and it's been awesome. My daughter and I set everything up in about 1.5hrs. Instructions were very straightforward. I love the personalized options available on the app. Instructors are very engaging and motivating. I recently bought a proform spin bike. The bike is economically designed and gives me an option to exercise right from the comfort of my home. The different levels of cycling resistance gives me varied options to select the level as per my desire. It comes along with a 30 day iFit membership. I found the app vey user friendly, it provides access to a lot of variety of videos and live classes. The bike is very sturdy and heavy duty. I find the tablet holder, located in the front to be very convenient. It allows me to exercise and follow the instructions in the app or binge on my favorite show. It comes along with a set of 3 pound dumbbells which is conveniently placed behind the seat. This provides an easy access to the dumbbells while I'm on my bike. I was given this product at a discounted rate for my unbiased opinion.

My bike arrived quickly. It was simple to put together. I enjoy using it with the iFit software. However, even without it it has a place to put a tablet so you could even spend time watching your favorite streaming service to pass the time. I was able to put it together myself in 20ish minutes. This company was a pleasure to work with on the Proform Elliptical with iFit I have. The iFit has been amazing with all of the different programs it offers. The company answers any questions I had about the iFit programs and the elliptical itself. I also really enjoy all of the trainers in the iFit programs that keep encouraging you and help you stay motivated. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinions.

I have the proform treadmill which I absolutely love and think was the decision I have made. I got this because I have not been going to the gym due to covid precautions and needed something to use at home. However, I live in a one bedroom apartment and have very limited space. The treadmill is compact and folds up to allow for me to utilize when needed but also, not have to take up too much space! I contacted customer service during set up because I could not figure out how to set it up manually, I was barely on hold before I was connected to an agent and they guided me very quickly and I was off the phone within 10 minutes from start to finish. Was very impressed with the customer service I experienced!

We purchased this bike and it arrived non-functioning. I spent hours on the phone with different departments trying to get a replacement part. They told me I could watch a YouTube video to install it myself and I told them they were crazy, that they have to send a tech because it's under warranty! After going round and round, they finally scheduled the technician. He came out after the part
arrived and immediately said this is the wrong part. I spent many more hours on the phone with them trying to get the right part and after waiting several weeks (everything is back ordered and the first couple of CSR's didn't bother to tell me that but one of them finally accidentally let it slip), I decided to return the bike. That took several weeks to happen and now it's been more than a month that they've had the bike in their possession and they still have not refunded my money. I have called multiple times to ask about my refund. After more than 30 days in their possession, the CSR told me today that he'll put me on a hot list and I'll have my refund in 7 to 10 days. Seriously?
I would not buy anything from this company again ever.
RUN AWAY! And buy that popular bike that they advertise on TV.

Everyone talks about Pelaton... Well, I didn't want theirs so I went with Proform The price is way more affordable and the bike is amazing! The workouts available are crazy fun. There are outdoor workouts and studio workouts so everyone can be happy. The large variety of workouts is great. I'm shocked at how much fun it is. The variety of iFit workouts has to beat the competition by miles. The best part is that the trainers are super nice and motivational. I haven't heard any bad language or anything. Super great workouts and safe for your kiddos to listen to them.

So far my experience with Proform has been really great. The bike I bought several months ago is in great shape. A call to customer service with questions was met with politeness and concern. I was given a link to turn on a video so the man could walk me through the steps I needed to do. Made it so easy and quick to help this beginner cyclist out.

I grew up with my family only buying Proform fitness products (I believe Sears sold them pretty exclusively then), so I was hoping the quality of my elliptical would match my expectations. No worries, because Proform still makes quality products. This was pretty easy to put together-about an hour and a half and my husband and I are not tech savvy- and it feels sturdy. The movement is quiet and smooth. The size is pretty compact so it fits right in to a smaller space. The equipment comes with a free trial of iFit. If you've not tried it, definitely do the trial, if for a y reasonbut to see some beautifulplacesin the world. I'm really enjoying both the physical and global experience from the safety of my home. I received my ProForm Bike and couldn't be happier. It was easy to assemble and the size fits perfectly into my bedroom. I'm able to pair my iFit workouts with the bike which has been a great motivator. The bike works great and when used with the app makes it a game changer. I was very depressed and isolated and no gyms were available around me during the COVID lock down. The proform treadmill I invested was the best investment I could have made for myself at anytime. The quality of the machine, the heavy duty design made it impossible for me to screw up. The iFIT subscription was like getting the peloton experience at a fraction of the cost. I really felt empowered to use it and felt better about myself as I gained confidence.

Iv been trying to have treadmill repaid for months now. My treadmill has been stored in my home since the day i received it. Around the the 5 month mark I started to notice rust stops on one of the legs and speaker guard. I wiped them off but it kept coming back and spreading around the area. Until the time my belt stopped working I would wipe and clean off the rust. In November of 2022 the belt stopped working and would not move. So I call customer service and this is when the nightmare started. I called to get the rust areas to be decorated or fixed along with my belt. We get to the end where they are ordering my parts and they hang up. Keep in mind every time you call you are on hold for over an hour. We are now in December and I have to play my treadmill in the garage cause we have a Christmas party. Now they won't cover the rust parts cause I had to start the whole process over and take new pictures with your system and it was in the garage at the time. No the treadmill has been in the garage for a couple weeks by that time and had accumulated dust and hair from my husky and they won't replace it. I paid for my machine from their own website and they didn't even have my information in their system. The 8 customer service reps I talked to had no idea how to do their job and hung up on me cause the whole process to be restarted. Notice how one leg is rusted and another is not. Their third part company is useless also UTS. AVOID this company at all cost. Do not waste your money with these guys.

So I ordered this a year ago. I used it 5x's because of life. Let me tell you proform will never get business from me again and I encourage anyone to stay away. So I'm outside of labor warranty no problem. They told me to test the Reed switch which I did moving it 1/8th inch at a time. Rpm still doesn't work which controls the machine. Ive called customer service for months. First 2 times waited over an hour and was told they couldn't hear me and they hung up. Now I follow there advise and now they say they can't send me parts that are covered under warranty to fix my machine without paying 159 dollars for a tech to verify. This machine was already 1100 bucks and is a useless paper weight and proforms customer service is worst then that.

This is an initial review of Pro-Form Treadmills. My specific experience includes 4 different models.

Including both the 400 Series & 600 Series.

The website touts "Professional-grade construction", along with other claims of quality materials and workmanship.

None of this is true. Pro-Form Treadmills use inferior materials and inept Chinese workmanship. They are pieces of junk. Some are dangerous pieces of junk.

One 400 model in particular will change speeds - haphazardly without warning. This malfunction is inherent at the point of manufacture. This problem has been reported to Icon Health & Fitness (Customer Service for Pro-Form Equipment), but they do nothing except continually offer empty apologies.

In summary: Pro-Form markets nothing but cheap junk. If you own one, get rid of it while you can. If you have the option to get your money back, get it while you can. Eventually these pieces of junk will begin to malfunction, becoming useless garbage long before they reach anything close to a useful life potential. I repeat - Pro-Form = Junk.

I got a spin bike and have been pleased with the product. I am impressed that even though I am pretty heavy the bike doesn't creak, groan, or feel tippy even when I'm doing the standing style pedaling. I truly think this is a great beginner bike to be introduced to the fitness world. The ifit membership that came with it is pretty invaluable, I wouldn't have had any idea on what to do to get full potential from the bike. Assembly was reasonable and manageable. I've needed to move it around a few times in the space we have it and that was easy as well. The screen really gives the opportunity for more variety. I was given the opportunity to procur this product at a reduced rate as a trade for an honest review.
