Promo Panda

It's a scam. They stole from me. Lesson learned. Wish I could hunt them down and get my money back. There were read flags in the beginning, but they emailed me back to reassure me that everything was just processing and to wait 5 -6 weeks. In fact they said they'd send me an extra bra, no charge, free shipping. Yay! TWO bras that never showed up.

I hate how I didn't see any of these reviews beforehand and trying to find everything and anything to let others know that any money you spend with promo panda is money you are just donating to someone who makes s living ripping people off. It's been 2 months now and I still haven't got the product I've ordered.

Along with all of the other listed reviews I got sucked in the same way. Ordered the free bra, never showed, they "shipped a replacement" that also never showed up. Have emailed them roughly 6 or 7 times and gotten no reply. I am planning on following up with Visa to see if they will do a charge back.

Learn from my stupid mistake to trust this fake website. As another writer says here in the reviews, I also ordered their backless bra from an ad on facebook. It was months ago and I never received anything and they are impossible to get in touch with! I've sent several emails and also messages on facebook with only spam answers back! They should be prosecuted!

I can't believe they are getting away with this.
I ordered a few bra through Facebook link and they took money for shipping. Long time went by... nothing! I checked conformation and id put the address wrong on the order...(which I'm sure I didn't) never have before! But after emailing I got a delayed response offering to send out a replacement to the new address. Months gone by and no item delivered and NO response to several emails. After seeing all these reviews I can see this is a complete scam.

I had placed an order with an promotional event, but had to pay the shipping cost. Around July I mailed again asking where my shipment was, I was told the product got misplaced and they will be re-sending it to me again. Fast forward today, its been almost 6 months now and I still have not received my order.
I mailed them hundred of times but didn't get a single reply after that incident.
I have never rated any product down, but this ha to be an exception. I basically lost my money and received no product as well as any email stating the reason.

I have never encountered anything like promo panda before. A month has gone by and I had still not received the product. When I emailed customer service I was given the option for a refund or they would send a new product out immediately. I decided to get a new item sent out because I really wanted it and who knows? Maybe it got lost in the mail. Well, another month went by and nothing. I emailed back customer service to inform them this was the second time this had happened and I want a refund. It's been several weeks since then and I have not received any response. This is either a scam or a horribly run business. Save your money and spend it somewhere that you will actually receive what ever it is you decided to order.

I ordered a bra that was 'on sale' on June 17,2017. I have emailed them many times about when it will be delivered. They only answered my first email saying that it would take 11 to 29 days for my order to be delivered. It has been over 60 days now and no product delivered. They didn't respond to any of my follow up emails after the 29 day period was up. No contact whatsoever even when I tried to claim a refund.

Ordered. Didn't receive product after 30 days. Sent an email. Received a reply several days later stating that they forgot to ship and asking if I wanted the product or a gift card as they "can't" do refunds. I said I wanted the product. Have now waited a second month. Tried emailing again. Working to open criminal case against the company.

This company is an absolute joke! I ordered from them June 11 2017 and I haven't heard a single thing from them since! There's no way to "track" my order, as if they ever intended to ship it! I've emailed them close to 10 times now looking for tracking information or a refund and haven't heard a peep!

Ordered a few items. They quickly charged my account, sent confirmation email to let me know it was ready to be shipped. I never received my items and never got a response. If I could give them zero stars I would. Reported the company for fraud.

I ordered a cheap bra in late June and it never shipped. I contacted Promo Panda and was told they'd check in on it and respond within 72 hours. Nobody responded, so I requested a refund and order cancellation. Not surprisingly, things went silent. No more responses came from promo panda.

I ordered through PayPal and reported it to them. After a few days of investigation, PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded my money.

I wouldn't touch them again with a ten foot pole. It feels like they're hoping people won't remember the $10 or less they gave up and they can just keep it free and clear. When people push back, they're ignored or lied to. Don't trust this company.

They are an agent and accept no responsibility for the fake goods their merchants are peddling. Yep, they got me but not again. Service agents are quick to respond albeit in the middle of the night. Responses were quick but they had no intentions of resolving the situation.

I knew it was to good to be true. But I ordered the bra anyways I paid $10 for back in June. They said it would take 15 to 29 days to ship well here it is October and nothing. I got an email finally a month ago after send idk now many emails to them. They told me it does take a while after reserving payment to be send out. I can't trace the order the email just shows what I ordered.
Sites like these need to be shut down and find
I know I didn't pay much but that money I could of spend on something and actually got it.

I ordered 2 items in june 2017, I wish we can put a 0*. We are now in march 2018... still nothing received. I send many email to know what happened with my orders... Still nothing from them, not even an automatic reply.
Very desapointing. For sure I will never order from them again.

This is a scam, there's hundreds of people in the same position as me and the previous reviewer. Paid for an item, never received it. It's been over a month and over 5 emails ignored and I'm finally realising that this company is a scam. Reporting them

I ordered a bra and some Charcoal in May/ June and nothing arrived and rather than refunding as requested they completely ignored me said they would send another which hasn't arrived and now they are not responding. They are just stealing your money.

I wish I could give a 0! This is clearly a SCAM! I ordered a bra in JUNE. By the end of July I hadn't even received a shipping confirmation. "Sam" assured me that another one was being sent out. It's now the end of October and I still haven't received anything. Shame on these people!

I ordered on June 15th and still have not received my purchase... I've emailed way too many times and now I am just being ignored. I work hard for my money and although it wasn't a real expensive purchase, it still pisses me off... this company is a joke. I was told 6 weeks, it's been 3 months. So much for having it for next month's wedding I'm in. There is no phone number listed and it appears "Sam" is the only one semi replying to emails.

I want my money back!

They took money from me and never sent me anything, they clearly never intended to as they ghosted me when I contacted them over five times via both their website, email, and facebook page.
Don't bother.

I bought the bra June 17th. It's now August 26th and still nothing. Just like everyone else says do not buy from them. They take your money obviously. I contacted them about it and they claimed it took 11 to 29 days and that I should be getting it in 2 weeks. And nope. I don't own any bras so I really needed this product and because of it I spent money I don't have on a bra to do a 2 day shipping.
Tried contacting these guys twice now and nothing so please don't be fooled by these guys. Just keep your money in your pocket

Ordered mine on June 10th still nothing. Got a hold of someone twice and asked if I want to another one or something else on the website. I told him I want a tracking shipment and the bra. He claims the shipping is tracked if it's about 100 purchase. Told he I want my money already back and no answer. It's a SCAM. Do NOT buy...

This is a scam site, do not order ANYTHING from them. As you can see, dozens of people have ordered from this site to get nothing in return. I recently sent in a complaint to them to cancel my order and send a refund as it's been 4 months without an update or shipping information.
