Shipping was fast and received as expected. I would like to have received this survey after I have had more of an opportunity to use and try the product. Confirming receipt of shipment and requesting how I like the product is not really allowing time to evaluate how it works. Performance unsure, easy of charging seems easy, appearance of the pen voice recorder looks great and professional just hope it records as well as it looks.

I don't believe that the camera I received is the same as the one I thought I ordered. Additionally, the owner's manual is absolutely ridiculous. It is obvious that the text was translated from something other than English and the translation is woefully inadequate. I am having to learn how to use this camera by trial and error rather than being able to translate what the manual says into English I can understand. The words are in English but it reads like pidgeon English. At this moment, the camera is charging and I will see how it works and if it indeed gets the 2 hour recording time per charge, which is THE reason I purchased this camera.

I sent 3 emails to this company to get clarification on the usage of the device. The instructions are written in Korean which I do not read or write and the English is ambiguous at best. Instead of answering each question, they referred me back to the instructions. I made one last attempt to communicate and they stopped responding. I got PayPal involved to get a refund. Btw, item had to be returned at my expense. AVOID this company at all costs.

The product is difficult to set up. The directions are impossible to understand. After literally reading the directions for days, I decided it wasn't worth it. I put everything back in the package exactly as it had come to get it returned. When I reached out to the company to return they said they don't take returns if the product's package has been opened. LOL. What a joke. I guess this is why I will stick with Amazon Prime for all of my online shopping. At least I know I can return products that I don't like.

I have tried to contact these people and have been unsuccessful. I have submitted questions 6 times and have yet to get an answer. I have called no less than 10 times and have been unsuccessful in getting to talk to someone. I would like to purchase some of their products but I would like to ask a few questions first. When I read their reviews I wonder if I really want to do business with the people. If I have any problems or questions after I spend my hard earned money will I be able to get in contact with them as I am having such a hard time contacting them before making a purchase.

Purchased an i-gotU GT120B and got it in a bubble wrap envelope without a purchase recipt. Attempted to contact seller repeatedly and got no response to either my phone calls od messages sent to them. Sunsequently learned that their return policy for the item was undesirble. A 20% restocking fee for unopened an unopend box and a 50% return fee if the box was opened. I will never urchase anything form this seller again.

So far so good but its the delivery and the product that is really important and which will make me recommend or not
I have now received the camera. I was very disappointed to find that I was hit with a hefty customs bill before delivery could take place (not something I had figured into the costing of it all)
The camera appears to be ok - not quite as wide angled lens as I thought it would be but hopefully it will work out ok when it has its first proper outing next month

The shipping charges were confusing. It claimed 2 day free shipping but had failed to indicate that it would only apply to purchases above certain amount. (or if it did, it was hard to find) In the receipt, it also indicated free shipping but included shipping charges to the amount anyhow. My over all experience was very good as the shipping charge though confusing plus product cost was reasonable/competitive and the product worked as advertised.

The website is very quick and easy to use.
The price was a more than similar items from other websites, but I needed the items quickly, so I opted to pay the higher price.
I received my order before I was expecting it.
I was surprised when I received my order at the look of quality for the price. I ordered two of the same item, and they looked like just cheap plastic, I was rather disappointed. The instructions were not very clear, but I was able to figure it out fairly quickly and easily. I was able to be up and running within 20 minutes of arrival, and I was quite impressed with the actual quality, the cheap plastic was deceiving. However, with the price, I do wish that they recorded a bit clearer for my purposes.
