No longer works well with ANY bank statements. It imports items NOT EVEN IN THE STATEMENTS! AND doesn't import other regular transactions. It does the same with other standard bank statements. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO YOUR SOFTWARE?! It used to work so well! Won't be using it or recommending it to CPAs and other bookkeeping entities. Using your software now is more time consuming than manual entry.

Even if I only use this conversion program for a short time to initially set up my QuickBooks, the money spent was well worth it. It saved me weeks of inputting banking transactions manually from the beginning of the year.

I had an excel file with over 1000 rows that I wanted to import in quicken. After som preparation (taking out transfers, categorizing beforehand) everything went ok and is now in quicken (2012, windows).

I purchased ProperSoft's full package more than two years ago & have been very happy with it. It was a one-time purchase, cost very reasonable & it has saved me so much effort for my clients, Highly recommended!

Purchasing this software made it possible for me to convert my Excel files to Quicken format as Paypal has discontinued to allow downloads from their site making it very difficult to download transactions. Works Perfect!

There isn't a better company then ProperSoft to do business with ProperSoft is a family owned business that creates software for importing transaction into Microsoft Money, Quick Books, and Quicken. I've been doing business with Sergiy the owner. And creator of this software since January 31,2011 when Microsoft discontinued Microsoft Money. If it weren't for his software I wouldn't be able to keep my accounts updated. I highly recommend ProperSoft!

Calling Intuit Tech support was worthless. They wasted almost 2 hours of my time only to find out that they didn't even have a converter in house. I e-mailed the developer after hours and got an auto reply about business hours. I figured the next day he would take care of. Much to my surprise he replied shortly thereafter with how I could rectify the problem and BLAM! It worked. Spend the cash to pay this family man for his brain power then move on with life knowing you did the right thing today my friend.

I purchased one of ProperSoft's transfer tools, which is going to save me a lot of time. On the first day I ran into problems due toa bug in Quicken. Although it was nothing to do with ProperSoft's tool Sergiy really went out of his way to help and in the end provided two possible solutions within hours of contacting support. You can tell by his responses that he genuinely wants to help.

I love the program. As a retired financial analyst, it's just what I was looking for. Simple, yet, effective. After 45 years of doing analysis, these days, I look for something that is simple and yet will do the job. Your product fills the bill grandly. Thank you for all you do and this great product. So many banks and credit cards QBO files don't upload all of the transactions and make the process much longer than it needs to me. With Propersoft, I can ensure all of my transactions are in CSV before converting it to a QBO file. I got this thinking, if it was helpful once it would be worth it, now I can't imagine working without it.

I faced having to keyboard several years of credit card details into Quicken. I knew that a work-around must exist and I found this wonderful package. With some support from Word and Excel, Propersoft saved me weeks of drudge work.

Bought and used the OFX2QFX converter. Had some problems initially, but their customer support was all over it a flash. Very responsive, and quick to help. Got the problem solved permanently, and I'm off to the races.

Great product with a lot of value in it, it makes our work much easier and faster, if the bank doesn't download all transactions, or we are late with downloading some statements than we can do it with bank2QBO. Also great customer service, they answered all my questions quick and to the point, thank you propersoft.

I recently had a catastrophic loss of my hard drive and in reinstalling Simple Home Budget I found I could not locate my product key. It was supplied me almost instantaneously. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this rapid and professional service.

I initially ordered the wrong product. Of course, they refunded the money and allowed me to purchase the correct one. The product worked as advertised. When I struggled with something, support responded and gave me the right answer the first time. You can't ask for more.

Very impressed! We use them quite regularly at my accounting firm to get import-ready file formats into Sage 50, QB, Wave. They all require a different format and often times won't import successfully, leaving you back at square 1. Luckily, this nifty company exists and offers countless ways to get to the CSV, OFX, etc. that will ultimately be imported. Saved me tons of time and I compliment the customer service!

The product works great, it worked for exactly what I needed it to do. If I could suggest 1 thing that they could do to help those of us that are rookies to this new technology is to post a number that was easy to call for support questions.

The software works perfectly and has saved me from hours and hours of manual entry! I have had questions over the 5 years (at least) that I have been using it and I always get a quick and friendly response.

Easy to figure out and results are exactly as expected. If you know how to copy and paste files, then you already know how to use this program. Multiple transactions in PDF format from my bank was a simple click away to turn into QBO files.

I was surprised at their quick and courteous response when I asked for a refund because their application was not suitable for what I needed to do. Quite frankly totally my fault when I purchased the application, and yet ProperSoft had no qualms about prompltly giving me a refund. This is proof of their commitment to serve their customers, and this is a recipe for their success in the marketplace.
