I haven't had a good experience with this software at all. It doesn't convert everything therefore making it fairly useless.

Thank you for your review and I apologize for your experience. We tried to work on your PDF file, but it has limitations to access all details. We already responded to your ticket about this. IF you would like to refund your order, please send a request to support@propersoft.net.
It works great on some PDF file but on other it gave an error message that it couldn't recognize ANY data. But a competing program recognize it just fine.

When my bank statements didn't convert correctly with PDF2OFX, I contacted ProperSoft support and they almost immediately released a new version fixing my problems. Amazing support!

Gregg, thank you for your review. We tried to resolve the issue, but could not reach good results due specifics of your PDF files. Your order was refunded.
When banks change their web sites, this software allows me to download transaction until I can get Quicken to download automatically again.

I had a issue trying to convert a PDF to OFX file.

Thank you for your review. All converters are desktop applications for PC and Mac. There is no need to login anywhere to use the applications.
Found an issue with the converter not breaking out tickers correctly when the security did not have a ticker. Problem was resolved.
