They know all the ways to delay things and avoid ligitimate refunds BEWARE. My body turned up very unsuitable size and with a poo stain along the crotch. No returns info or label so I contacted them straight away on the email they gave out but it bounced. I then researched and found a current email address. It took 4 emails and 2 months but they eventually got back to me with a huge list of everything I must do in order for a refund. To cut it short, I sent it back with order number, correspondence, payment methods etc and forwarded them proof of postage another month on, still no refund I've had to take it through PayPal now.

I sent it recorded and signed for and to this day they're refusing to give me a refund. I've provided proof of tracking and the signature of whoever received the parcel but they're adamant the goods have not arrived. They do not answer their telephone and they've stopped responding to my emails. Do not buy from here.
