I've been buying pro world sublimation blanks over the last few months. Everything is excellent. They send detailed instructions per Blank to help the user along. They also have some unusual sublimation blanks like pot holders that are so cute and that I've never seen anywhere else. Everything arrives in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to buy blanks from them.
We have used this company for years, but in the last year they have really gotten bad. We are not a small account (Spent over $7k with them in 2022). Their art department has gone downhill with pieces missing from designs on proofs, colors not matching, adding outlines to things that don't need it, etc. This area of the company does not pay attention to detail or proof their own stuff before sending it out. They make errors and then you have to pay for expedited shipping to get it on time. We have a 3 strikes and you are out rule, their 3rd strike almost cost us a business and left us footing the bill for expedited shipping and overtime pay for our employees because of their errors. We are currently testing other companies and do not recommend them at this time.
The original shipment had a few hic ups but the customer service department was on top of it right away. All have been received now and I love everything.
Always an easy transaction and on time delivery. Don't know why I needed 100 characters for my review. Sometimes you can say what you want in less than that.
My heat press came and was packaged really well. The UPS guy also did a great job of helping me get it into the house. I can't wait to start using it!
Some of the designs in the trial package went well with my Cricut Easy Press, others not so much. It would be helpful to know the right temperature and some tips to make all the types of iron-on work with the Cricut Easy Press

Pro World is my go to for art. Items are always as ordered & fast delivery! I also like the fact that you don't have to order bulk. You can order one item if you want.
As far as the company is concerned, response time is great & customer service great. I regret having to return the TransPro Cap Press but will be ordering the Auto Swing Heat Press for replacement. The TransPro Cap Press is what you pay for. The platen clamp is worthless to pull the hat down. The platen itself does not work with the hats as it is too big and bulges the hat so impossible to flatten the crown without stuffing it with cushions or rubber. The manual buzzer start and stop is a joke. I am upgrading to the one with multiple platens. Do not waste your money on this one.
The heat press is Wonderful. My first press was soooooooo much better and easier than my old press that I immediately disconnected the old press and stored it away. Can't wait until I am able to order the 6x20 platen.
Not only were the products quality but when user error caused me to have a mishap they were very fast to answer my questions and get me going with excellent results.
I received my first set of transfers to try out with my new press! They appear to be high quality, but I won't know until I get them on shirts (which arrived a few days ago). More to come...

I received my Hotronix heat press, it's so cute. Have not used it as of yet, but am excited to do so. Delivery time was acceptable considering the circumstances.

These transfers are awesome the quality of the craftmship is superb easy to apply and they come protected in a one of a kind box and plastic type sleeve. At the time of this review had ordered a second batch. YOU CANT GO WRONG!

I ordered a few different items, but I have only tried out the ceramic coasters. They sub beautifully but I have to play with my settings to get them just right.
