None of yalls information is up to date. Like any of it. Names, locations, if certain people are deceased. I want my money back. This is a joke. Yes there is info on here, but nothing worth paying for. It's all so back dated it's ridiculous
A lot of inaccurate or missing important informaton. It would also be helpful to have the ability to search with incomplete information. Ex. First name, age, address, etc. but don't know their last name.
Victim of home invasion on 12/06/22. LE has been incompetent. I feel like I have to do the footwork and battle to be heatd, mistskes corrected,etc. If it was more accurate,it would be worth the noney. My own info is wrong.
Complete Full reports, lists everything from family, friends, neighbors, employment, EVERYTHING! And it only takes about 5 seconds for a full reports on each person you enter! Best background checker I've ever used. Amazing! I Highly recommend this sight
Because the other sites I've tried don't give full reports, and they take forever to pull up very little and they email you the results. Too time consuming. Most results are inaccurate or incomplete.
I really liked it at first until i looked up my records and saw i was convicted of 2nd degree murder. Which i know its not me but still a little scary if someone from work or whoever and see this. Is there any way i can fix that?

Pay $2 and get singed up automatically for membership, if not declined in 7 days. No guarantee you will receive any email confirming membership and account logon to decline further automatic charges that may accrue. Mine went to SPAM folder and set unread for 6 months until $29.94 recurring monthly chanrge showed up pending on Credit Card account for further confirmation by me. Of course, I paid the $2 originally to check out the service, but never had any chance to decline membership and further monthly charges due to Junk Mail receiving notice of billing and logon. Looked like a scam originally and now it is confirmed by continued monthly charges for no services provided over 6 months.
Tip for consumers:
Not worth the hassle with this business model and its scripts for answering complain calls.
This is an honest review. So far I am satisfied with what I have received from this company. I hope to use them in the future as I have just started a new membership. They seem to be able to quickly get records that would take me quite a long time to get and for that I am grateful! Hopefully you will find them to be beneficial to you also in saving a great deal of time.
I wouldn't say it's the most accurate site that I've been on for background information several people I know who have criminal activity and charges do not have anything logged. Also doesn't give you any information about the cases that you are trying to research with people if they do you have any information regarding a court issue. Definitely lacking information on social profiles have yet to find anyone that has a social profile listed here but all of the people I'm looking for have Facebook Twitter Instagram. I found in accuracies in address information, relatives and neighbors associated with the Specific person of interest that is being searched.
These reports are very limited. I can type the person's name in Google search & find at least three arrest records & with this service you only list 1 for the person in question. Very limited information, I am not pleased & I will be cancelling asap.

This background check is the best I've seen because with my $1.00 towards membership it really does allow me to see what they promised, so when my income gets a little more steady I'd definitely pay the amount each month to continue. Information is almost 10 years old... I looked myself up and I was disappointed to see how much info lacked so if my info is lacking then it's safe to assume that the person I'm looking into is lacking.

The majority of info found is outdated. On top of that, hardly any info is found at all and most areas remain empty. I'm not gonna pay $30.00 a month for crap. I'm actually quite annoyed I paid $1 for a TRIAL!

The customer service agent I called was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She seemed friendly as well. But your website has some glitches when it comes to switching searches from one family background search to another. In fact the website was trying to make me create another account while I was logged in. I had to log out and log back in through Google's search engine with Chrome browser. Everything on my Android phone isup to date. But even when I logged in from scratch their was a lengthy lag in switching from my deceased uncle's background to my deceased grandfather's background. That is all technical glitches. Customer service was great though.
You could have been hacked because your create account and log in pages are not HTTPS secured which produces a warning that the site may be insecure. Something that may cost you but assures the security of members accessing the account against identity theft and account hacking.

I know for a fact that two of the people I'm looking up have more criminal records than vehicle violations and that's what I was looking for. I'll have to go to the actual police station now. I am mad at myself that I paid the dollar and will pass the word on.
You seemed more legitimate than the other site... I was wrong.
None of the people I tried searching, had accurate info on their records. I paid for info, and all I got were (inaccurate) addresses and phone numbers. I know for a fact, one of them has a warrant out for their arrest and that was not on their file. This is either a a. C. or a joke. Either way, I want my money back.

It gives me other people's information merged with my own and with others reports that I know don't belong to that person. Real pain in the posterior to try and figure out what does and doesn't belong.

Found the person but no arrests, no records. I know for a fact this person has over 5 or 6 arrests. Other places have found these records. On more than one person. You need to update and get up to date with your records. That's why I am canceling my trial.

Don't sign up unless you plan on using this for more than a month... Free trial actually cost... lol n if u do not cancel in time you are definitely on the hook for $30 so please don't even do the free trial / it's going to cost you if you do... use a prepaid card or a gift card that you're only going to use once and won't have money on it otherwise don't use your own account or they'll be in your bank account without you even knowing no emails are sent to you or anything as a courtesy but once you cancel they already got your money so they're very nice on the phone but they already got your money in a legitimate sneaky way
