Found family and am hesitant to contact them my mom died 2006 and we lost contact with all our family I'm just needing them and this site did more then imagine able
None of yalls information is up to date. Like any of it. Names, locations, if certain people are deceased. I want my money back. This is a joke. Yes there is info on here, but nothing worth paying for. It's all so back dated it's ridiculous
I've found erroneous information; even on property ownership... Most of the info is good but it could be more explicit. However, overall I am satisfied.
Curiosity concerning a neighborhood sex offender & his criminal history.
Very dissatisfied. I know for a fact sge has a criminal record. Also has been evicted from apartments. I'm told here no criminal record & no evictions. Among other issues that are incorrect..

5 Stars for Martin!
I received an email from American Express (AMEX) regarding a continuing charge they put "on-hold". I called AMEX & they outlined a "suspicious subscription" charge that they put on-hold. After talking with AMEX, I called Public Information Services (PIS) & talked with a very non-confident customer service representative... after a long discussion regarding the monthly charges... she became unruly & unconfident in her answers... to the point she wanted me to talk to her "Supervisor" (SUP).
Martin the SUP was GREAT! He explained my options & offered a fantastic way for my firm to continue to check out PIS. I am writing this review not because I think the service is great... I want to try it out more before that.
I am writing this because I wish our firm had someone like Martin to handle calls. He is extremely professional & calm with clients. PIS is lucky to have someone like Martin because I was ready to fire a full broadside of legal & social media actions/Tweets... now he convinced me to give PIS another chance to see what it can do. 5 Stars for Martin!
I have a concealed weapon permit, but when I pulled my own records it read: No Concealed Weapon Permits were found in our records.
If it's missing that on me, what is it missing on others?

Thank you for your comment; one thing that you should be aware of is that our site includes billions of data elements that are available in our national database. If you are not seeing information on our site, then that means that the data you are looking for may not be publicly available. So, even if you are positive that something occurred, it’s not guaranteed that the information has been digitally archived correctly by the court system so it’s possible that your data is not available yet.

A lot of this information is not mine I don't even know half these people have to stuff they say I did cuz I didn't get my driver's license for a long time and and all the speeding tickets you're saying I have no I haven't and I have worked a lot of jobs I have my hunting license and my driver's license there's a lot I do have that it's not there so you guys do not give all the information right
I wanted to see how many points were on my license and it really don't say so I'm going to take a guess thank you

For some records, we know exactly what crimes were committed with an accurate disposition and all related information. For others, we don't know what exact crime was committed and don't have an exact report. I got this so I could get proof of an old address and it's very difficult to get a print out with my main info along with a screenshot of my old address together it's just hard to get the information needed and print it out for myself to use for myself that's it thanks I'm not going to continue I'm canceling my subscription but thank you anyway I just didn't need all of that information I just needed an old address and it gives me too lol
They just needed to get proof of an old address of mine. And I thought that maybe you could help me in the future with any other information I might need on myself or my husband or children

The reports that I have looked up are not current or up to date because a lot of the people that I look up are deceased so therefore what am I actually paying for?

Info on my Son Darryl is way way off. My daughter AnnMarie Also. Info on my x roommate is 7years old and cell #'s at least 6 years old.
Wish the report went back farther in the years, but other than that, it is great so far.
