Sometimes difficult to find the information i was searching. Mostly provided the information i was looking for. This is a good site. Just don't need it anymore.

You show no warrants, arrest records, etc, but there are. You show no history for the things I need to know and give info for the things I already knew. Glad it was only $1.00. Still know nothing.

I have found out a few things that I always wanted to know but there are some things it says that the person does not have but they do. But so far so good. Thanks

The information provided is either not complete or very inaccurate. I've searched several people i know personally and found missing information or information I know to be untrue.

I am pretty sure the information on this website is spotty at best. These background checks are not the full picture and if you are the type of person who is going to pay for information about someone, you probably want/need that information to be as accurate as possible. This is not the service for you. I signed up for a dollar and the part about it being a 7-day trial with a monthly membership service after that WAS NOT AT ALL CLEAR at sign up! After noticing monthly charges two months later I called to cancel and ask for the charges to be reversed. The man who answered (bless his soul) was finally able to get the charges reversed, but he was not able to give me a yes or no answer. He was clearly only allowed to ask me if I would be satisfied. I was offered for different partial refunds before I was finally granted a fll refund. Since I do not feel like the membership fee, let alone a membership at all, was what I was really signing up for, I felt very confident that I should be issued a full refund. I really wanted a yes or no answer and he was clearly not allowed to provide one and I think any company that does not allow clear communication like that is pretty shady.

If the service was better, I would warn everyone to just be careful, but since the service is actually pretty crappy, I warn all to just stay away!

(If you feel like the membership notice was clear in your case, you are lucky, they may have changed their sign-up page).

I believe some of the information especially under charges is incorrect. And that is not right to have wrong info o. Someone. How about is it it that this information is collected

My sister has been arrested multiple times and so have others I looked up but it shows none of it. My sister is currently in jail and it doesn't show it.

I keep trying to enter another name and I'm not able to access anything but you sure want my money you want me to put my credit card in a second time and I'm not doing it I'm already a member and I bet in once but I can't get back in a second time

Criminal background checks are incomplete because I know the criminal background of a person I searched and it was not reported - this person committed murder.

Some information is inaccurate... Too much info is incorrect. Was wondering if this is due to information that is not up to date or just a terrible mistake?

You show no data available for my driving record which I find unusual since it is a matter of public record, however my arrest record is readily available...

Find it very easy to use but a lot of the information is incorrect on these people because I know in one of these people I looked up with myself is very incorrect

Its not at all 100% accurate. There is a lot of information missing and it's not fair seeings as we're paying for these services to be up to date and correct.

Looking for all charges. I ok now he had a charge for 1 prior mistaminier charge that you dont have listed. He on his 2nd duo with assault charges that will be charged in the next day or two.

Your record on a past boyfriend aren't current. They can be found in a general internet search for free. MY record has convictions that aren't mine but appear under my name.

It has personal details that are correct but also some that are incorrect, like possible associations. It also doesn't show criminal records that are real.

The app's good but the information you give some of it's wrong, not much very little. Some of the information is not even close to being up to date either..

I will be contacting the better business bureau and my bank to stop payment. I have cancelled my subscription twice to ensure that it was cancelled and I was still charged for the subscription.

Its subpar at best. I know with absolute certainty that it is inaccurate and no where near inclusive of items that are found with quick search on Google. And If I have to search for those things manually what is the point of having your failure of a service. It also begs to question how you intend to reconcile the fact that People are paying for a service in which you have dropped the ball in every way imaginable. You are lacking records, reports, details, and other information that you advertise yet lack. This system of yours is disgusting, it is theft and false advertising. I would gladly promote any of your competitors due to your high success rate of being the greatest failure in reporting. It has been a waste of the money I invested in your company. It has been a waste of time And money I lost while trying to use your pathetic, lackluster, disgusting terrible, disasterous monumentally flawed system. Time which I will never get back. Time in which I was ripped of in me trying this failed fake service you cheat people with. It is the worst service in the market. It is trash and I would offer zero or negative stars if possible.

I click on the person I want report on he is 24 when it comes up the age of the person that comes up is 52. That is the person's father I don't want his report I need the son's report

No real info other than tickets/charges. NoBody apparently has license,vehicle registrations, arrests,evictions etc. I mainly needed to see my own record including past addresses & evictions.
