Diana is wonderful to deal with. She is always businesslike and personable and goes well above and beyond to assist renters with any problems they may have. She was very helpful to me personally in helping me decide which size unit would work the best. Diana really is a Godsend in that she remains positive and helpful at all times. Not just during initial rental period. “Do Not Rent From Here”

My daughter rented a space here and it was and has been the worse customer service from Public Storage we have dealt with... She did an online reservation for ONE unit, and when she arrived at this Public Storage she spoke with Maria (property manager)... Maria sent my daughter to a locked storage and this wouldn't have been a problem if they would have refunded my daughter's account for this locked unit immediately... My daughter goes to another unit Maria tells her to go to and of course another charge is now on her account... At this point, my daughter is being charged for 2 5x5 storages... Maria assured my daughter the charges would be refunded, but it's now 3 months later and no refund... My daughter was charged for the space she didn't rent because it was locked, and a lock fee (she provided her own lock) on the unit she actually rented... Whenever you call this place no one knows what's going on and they tell you someone will contact you... A few weeks ago we spoke with Martin, and he stated Maria would call us back... We contacted corporate and they stated they would have Maria contact us, but Maria nor anyone else from Public Storage contacted us regarding this... We contacted Public Storage at the number on the website for customer service, but the only way to get through to someone in customer service is to press 1 (to rent) or 2 (to get help with an open account)... We pressed 1 and the lady stated she would transfer us to customer service because there wasn't a number to give... We were transferred to a rep named Michelle who stated she would help us, and get to the bottom of things... Michelle ended up being very rude and unprofessional... Michelle stated we canceled the charges, but we kept explaining Maria moved my daughter out of the locked unit through their system, we never canceled anything... We were trying to ask questions and get an understanding, but Michelle just kept over talking us, and stating, "You need to contact your bank, you need to contact your bank"... Michelle wasn't allowing us to get a word in, so we asked for a manager... Michelle ended our call by stating we needed to contact our bank or Maria... This was such a disappointment to say the least that my daughter can't be refunded $51.64 from Public Storage that clearly shows an error on their part...

Melody at #******* is very pleasent and knows her property it is always clean and there is always a hi with your name. I have rented my unit for over 2 years and melody is always there to help

I love public storage in milledrig in Houston tx they help a lot and that's a good location thanks to help a lot kip it up public storage u are the best

I have had 2 storage units at Public Storage for a year. And its been a pain in the butt! They started charging me for insurance when i told them i already had renters insurance, AND BY THE WAY, IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO HAVE INSURANCE, yet it is a very good idea. I had been asking them to stop taking these payments out of my account and it went on from Sept, 2020 through april 2021. And thats $15 for each storage a month on top of them going up and down with their prices without telling you. I called the property non stop and they gave me the district managers number and she didn; t call for 7 months and my account was constantly charged, so i would take my card off auto pay for that reason. If the norm is to not steal, then who do they think they are by stealing money from me every month, so 7 months later the manager finally called and was rude. She only gave me $60. At the same time they were taking the insurance payments they charged me late fee's. So as i am waiting to get reimburssed they steal some more. None of the bills were ever the same they went up, up and up with out notice ever. After 8 months they started closing at 5pm on weekends and 6pm on weekdays which was perfect considering i could never get there until after 5, they also increased the rent by $39 on each unit. This place is just full of surprises. What kind of company does this kind of deceptive trade practice. They have locked me out of both of my units even though i paid the rent minus the late charges and i will not pay them

We have used Public Storage for years.
They have consistently raised our rent, multiple times a year. So often in fact that we had to get a different unit inside the same property to stay on budget.
Then more recently we needed a much bigger unit because we were moving, and since Public Storage was the only local place we had no choice but to get a different one - though at a different property. Way overpriced for a 10x20, but during the pandemic you have no choice and are lucky to even find a space.

While moving we had to find yet another storage unit and found one at an Extra Space location close to where we were moving to.
When we completed our move and vacated Extra Space we asked if they could prorate our rent because we had just paid a week earlier and they were more than happy to, knowing that during this time they would quickly rent the unit again.
When I asked Public Storage for the same consideration, since I had paid my rent ONE day before vacating, they denied the request.
The managers at Public Storage locations are bound by corporate and cannot do anything to make a customer happy. The corporate office will just ignore any requests you make of them.
Public Storage is an exceptionally greedy company that will use any excuse to raise your rent and get out of reimbursing you anything.
Avoid at all costs. Go to any other competitor and support local storage units when possible - at least they will care about their customers instead of fleecing them.

They don't prorate but exspect u to pay a full months rent even if u movin out the beginning of the month waist of money I'll never use them again not to mention mice smh I'm done with them

I got the $1 first month rent promotion and they told me I wouldn't have another payment until March. A couple weeks later they are calling asking for money saying I'm late.

I pay it on go on about my business. On the 1st of June I found a house to rent and we cleared out the unit June 3rd. I call to let them know I had emptied my unit and asked about my refund because I had already made June's payment May 22nd, they informed me they don't give refunds. I'm just out that money.

I spoke with the manager, customer service, & the district manager. None of them cared and wouldn't help get my money back. They just said that is what I agreed to signing the lease. The district manager was even rude to me and I was nothing but polite to all of them.

I was told if I had not have made my payment and let them know ahead of time that they would have prorated it for me, but since I paid it early that I was just out that money.

Terrible customer service for someone that pays them early. Don't use them!

Anji was great in helping me. I was moving from Portland to Bothell and tried to reserve a unit but I was10 days out and you only go 7 days out so I lost my spot and reserved another unit Anji stated that if one became available she would put me in and she did but wait that's not all when I couldn't get there before close she allowed my daughter to get for me, still more when I came the next day to get another unit as my first was not quite large enough she got me a promotion that was going on.
I was an assistant manager for a drug store for 10+ years so I know about customer service I was called a customer service nazai... lol she would have passed with flying colors she did and excellent job friendly joking laughing making it enjoyable to do business with. I observed her with another customer before she was able to help me, she treated him the same way! WTG ANJI THANK YOU SO MUCH

This location is very convenient and manager Jim is most helpful. My unit was clean and I felt my belongings were er secure and safe.

Located on US1 in Fort Pierce Florida. Promised care and monthly pesticides turned out to be false. Everyone is destroyed.
