My experience was great and I would highly recommend the site.
We love our new addition to our family. She's so sweet and very smart. Our experience with Puppies.com has been very positive. I would recommend to friends.
This was a great experience posting puppies I got emails
As soon as come to them.questions answered right away.Very good site to sells puppies on.
Was looking for a smaller family breeder who shows more of a personal loving touch to their puppies.Happy puppies great people.A+
I'm very happy with our new puppy. He's just a joy and the vet commented on how friendly he is. Thank you for taking such great care of your puppies!
I and my family were finding a pet, in puppyfind we found some breeders, the only thing is that you need check really carefuly before buy, because some of them are scam
I bought three puppies on puppyfind during the last few years. They were all healthy an well taken care of i couldn't imagine being without my little buddies
I had a horrible experience with Puppies.com
I recently met 2 sellers and they were not breeders. Puppies were very different from their Pictures and
My recent visit was horrifying. The poor puppy was described to me as half Teacup and half Toy. After one hour drive...I had to meet the puppy outside on the porch...He was shivering from cold weather, had a very arch back, very sad and could not even stand on his two feet. His name was Star and the sellers name was Jessi. My husband and I asked if she could bring a blanket for him since she did not want us inside the house...she replied, do you have one for him cause I don't. We said good night and told her we would be in touch. Very very worried about the poor 5 month old puppy...he was skinny but felt like he was over 4 pounds. My question to puppies.com is, how do you let these poor puppies get sold by these scammers and never check or inspect them.We drove back home in tears feeling sorry for the poor thing who did not look well at all. I've also texted and talked to may breeders whom did not follow up with me, very unprofessional people with very little ability to speak proper English.
This site is so easy to use and has a lot of features that make listing a pet, buying a pet and communicating with people so simple. This site has been so helping with my dog selling g process.
As a breeder, I used Puppies.com when it was still Puppyfind.com. I recently did a litter and advertised it under new ownership (or restructured management idk) as puppies.com. Total waste of money. I used to use puppyfind.com exclusively and my puppies would be sold within a week to two weeks. Yes, you get a lot of sketchy people, but that's with any public ad. You simply have to interview and weed them out and taker precautions when accepting payments. However, under the new (improved?) puppies.com I received >>>ZERO<<<< inquiries. And since they have removed the ability to bump up your ad, you'll never get seen after the first two hours of listing because you will be shoved into non-existence on page hundred. Since people can't bump up ads they have to resort to making MORE ads. And the more ads there are the even more swamped the site becomes. This is very counterproductive and puppy buyers shouldn't have to wade through that and sellers shouldn't have to make ad after ad in hopes to be seen.
Puppyfind.com worked great. I have no idea what idiot decided to "fix" something that worked fine. Putting on a shiny new website (now bloated and over done) does not make things better. It was a reliable advertising system that's now defunct. Very disappointing.
Hello, The old site was fantastic, but it was very old and things were starting to not work properly, so it was time to revamp the website. We know there will be a big learning curve for our users when they have to learn a whole new site, but there are a lot more options on the new site that were not available on the old one and hopefully the new site will start to grow on you. Completing the email, phone and ID verifications on your Verifications page, and filling out the Premier Profile if you have a premier membership will assist in having your listings closer to the front pages of the breed your listings are in. The new site gives more of an option to search by location and distance. We do our best to keep the scammers at bay, but new sites get their full force initially. With all new sites there have been a few bugs to work through, but we are diligently working to make the site just as fantastic as the old one. Thank you for being patient with us. If you have additional questions on how to utilize the new site please contact us at support@puppies.com. Puppies.com Support
For over a decade I have been both a purchaser & an breeder/advertiser with puppyfind, & over the years have purchased & sold many pups/dogs through the puppyfind platform. Speaking on behalf of my self as well as many other breeders, the new puppies.com site is absolutely terrible. It use to be very quick & trouble free to just click on the breed you'd like to see, then be presented with the many small thumbnail sized profile to chose from per page. Now you are forced to rummage through only a few huge adds at a time per page, which intern leads to a much quicker loss of interest from the customer! Now that puppies.com has replaced puppyfind, my add views have dropped from a couple hundred or more per week to just a handful, from talking with other frustrated breeders, it seems that when this issue is presented to the puppies staff, the answer for this is "there's a bit of a problem with the new view counting system" well I'm here to tell you that's not a good answer either! Since I've been using puppies.com I haven't gotten contacted one time by a potential customer... NOT ONE! So far with puppies.com I've only been contacted by "check scamers". Because of this change I'm now forced to be in a mad dash to try & find another site to sell on. PLEASE (from me & many other breeders) change the system back, this one is a bad for ALL involved!
Hello,
Thank you for suggestions they will be taken into consideration for future site improvements. We understand it can be frustrating to try and learn a whole new site, but once you are familiar with the site we hope you enjoy the many extra options available on the new site. If you have not already done so, please confirm your email, phone number, and ID. Completing these verifications will push your listings in front of those users that have not completed those tasks. Your phone number is visible on your account and in your listing information so users can contact you if they would like.
If you have additional questions on how the site works please contact us at support@puppies.com.

Easy to list our precious puppies and connecting with prospective parents is comfortable via email.
A good experience looking a forever home for my puppies quickly and easy
Had great communication between different breeders while trying to find my forever fur baby
We've had a paid account with them since long ago when they were still puppyfind and suffered through their changing their site and all the technical issues they've had with their site, while we were still paying for a membership with them. We've never had a volume of good leads from them, but still maintained a paid membership for a possibility of additional exposure for our exceptional Teacup Chihuahuas. Then while we had family over from another state staying with us, they've decided to give puppies.com a try and opened their own account. Immediately puppies.com have blocked their account and mine (!) just because they saw activity from 2 accounts from the same IP. The visiting family found this outrageous and said they'll never use them again, but we, on the other hand, have tried to talk to their support to try to answer any questions for them and to give them any reasonable information, including our website www.TeacupTails.com and vet puppy records so they could see they've made an error in their judgement. However, all that to no avail. So don't spend your money and your time in trying to establish your presence through them as you may loose it in one stroke of a key from their end for no good reason at all.
Hello,
It appears in your situation two accounts were made with different locations but with the same listing. We do not allow duplicate listings. It looks like customer service is just waiting on proof of location documentation to verify which location you reside in to be able to reinstate your account. If you would like to provide that documentation we would be happy to assist you in getting your account back up and running.

This hacker took over all my puppy ads, and then made my puppies available for free shipping. And changed my information and description of our puppies, and added his phone number to all my ads. The phone number he added is *******983. I called it and no answer, then he called me back with this number *******248.He told me his name was
Victor Kranga and lives in Hagerstown Maryland. So I called our Local Police. BUYER BEWARE

Hello,
It sounds like maybe you were contacted by someone pretending to be a representative of PuppyFind in a phishing attempt. These emails were not sent by PuppyFind and should be ignored.
PuppyFind.com would never ask you to verify any of your account information including email address or password. That information does not need to be updated for any reason unless you choose to do that on your own. Our Customer Support Representatives do not have access to your passwords. The only person that would have access to that private information is you, the account holder.
Another possibility is that the scammer has access to your email account and requested your login information. If you have been hacked it would be a good idea to change the password on your email account just as a safety measure.
If you have any additional questions you can contact us at support@puppyfind.com.

She is bigger than expected, but I love her anyway! She did have ear infection and was told she would help with the cost, but she did not.
I was trying to help my friend find a Yorkie puppy and we came across a couple of women who knew a breeder named Mary, she got in touch with us almost immediately and we talked on the phone quite a few times, she is one of the sweetest people I gotten to know, she is very knowledgeable about the puppies she sells and they are so healthy and beautiful, well I got my baby girl Shasha from her and I'm waiting for paperwork for my baby. She is by no means a scammer and is located in Missouri and she was kind enough to meet us almost half way, she doesn't ask for any money upfront, you pay when you get your baby. If any is looking for a sweet puppy or a playmate for your other baby Mary is the one to go to. Should I ever want another one she would be great. Please don't be scammed by someone asking for money upfront. And she will send pictures of the puppy you are getting and she stays in touch with you after you get your puppy. Thank you Mary for my baby, your a wonderful person to deal with, I couldn't be happier.Everone she is the BEST!
It's wonderful to hear that you had such a positive experience with Mary and that you're happy with your new puppy, Shasha. Thank you for sharing your positive experience and for using Puppies.com!
