OPERATIONS CLOSED BY US OFFICIALS IN 2012/13-PLEASE READ-I was looking around for a Rolex. And i even got to the point of ordering etc. I didnt want to use my Visa card, so figured i'd use WesternUnion online, it was for $146.00. They sent me several emails of how to send the money, the names etc. Well, LUCKILY for me, that when i had saved the site to my favorites, my AWESOME anti-virus (webroot) that protects Internet transactions somehow found that in JULY 2012, Chanel filed an international counterfeit suit in FL district court, and ALL of their operations were SEIZED in the last 9 months or so. So that means the site is still up and they DONT EXIST AND ARE JUST TAKING MONEY! WOW, SURE AM GLAD I FOUND THAT OUT-I WOULDA BEEN SCREWED OUTTA MY $$. What a headache!

After seeing many reviews on YouTube about their bags, I decided to take a plunge and purchase one. I bought it mid January and they gave me a call telling me that I wouldn't receive it until mid January because they werent able to ship sooner. I asked why and they let me know that it was because of their Chinese New a year holiday. I was still a bit skeptical, but I said okay. A week later, I changed my mind and I called them to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. They tried to tell me to wait a little longer for the bag and I said no. Once I refused to keep the order, the customer service began to be rude. They said "okay, we will forward it to our billing department. Bye" and every time I called to see if they cancelled the order, they kept hanging up on me. Two days later, I received an email saying that they had cancelled my order and that I should be receiving my refund in 14 days. I waited the 14 days and more, but up until this day, I have not received my refund. I called my bank and apparently they changed me with an e check for a company called Sierra Financial. I have called purse valley and they kept looping me on a recording that said I had four people in front of me. After 11 minutes on the phone, they'd forward me to a voicemail machine. Every. Single. Time. I finally got a representative and they told me to wait two more days and give the bank a transaction number. I called the bank and I told them about the transaction number. My bank said there was no refund pending. So it's just a back and fourth. Stay away from this company if you want to avoid a nightmare. I know some people claim they have had a great experience, but i suggest you stay away if you don't want to get your money stolen by this company. This has been a nightmare and I really hope I get my money back. It's been a month, and I still haven't seen a slight hint that I'll be getting my money back.

Paid over 300 Canadian dollars, the watch was non-working! So far They just keep ignoring me, It just been a few days ( no more than 30 days!), they told me to send back the watch in China and pay for it ( it cost me over 80 dollars) and they won't refund me! So basically they ship me a non-working watch and I have to pay to get it return to China and don't even know if I will get a replacement because they don't answer my email they just ignore me! So be advice this company does not respect their engagement! I Am in the Progress to poursuit This compagnie J'ai acheté une montre Rolex et j'ai reçu cette montre qui ne fonctionnais pas j'ai donc contacté leur département ils m'ont dit de retourner cette montre en Chine a mes frais (80 dollars) et ils ne rembourseront pas les frais et je ne sais même pas si je vais recevoir le remplacement car ils ne répondent plus a mes courriel, cette compagnie ne respecte pas leur politique de remboursement de 30 jours, je n'ai eu cette montre que de 7 jours et ils n'ont rien fait! Soyez avisez, je suis présentement a la recherche pour poursuivre cette compagnie!

I ordered a bag about a month ago. I have never wanted a fake bag but this site showed items of reasonable quality for a replica. My work PC however would not let me open the log in, I should have followed the signs... But I didn't and went ahead paying by credit card as I saw the other options more complicated and there is an extra guarantee with a credit card. Immediately I received an email thanking me for making the order and all the details were there. Then a day later I got an email from customer services telling me that because my credit card billing address and my credit card were from different countries and 'they were trying to avoid fraud' they could not use my card and I was offered other options, moneygram and there was a link to other payment options. I opened the link and I was asked to enter all my card details etc. Of course, I started to realise that this was proper dodgy, why would I send again my details if my card apparently does not work? I emailed customer services and I was very stern about the dodginess of the payment system. Funny enough, I checked, before emailing them, the email and my trusty work PC warned me that this could be a fishing site trying to get personal information. Did I get a personal response on my email? No, but the same about now being only placed to pay through Moneygram. I tried moneygram, but again if your card and billing address are different will not let you proceed. I decided then that there were too many signs and decided to cancel my order, I got emails offering a free gift - a bag, a watch,...-. I went along with it, to see what would happen but this time I said that I would use the credit card from my current country. I got an email from my personal sales executive, who for the first time ever was offering a gift to avoid the cancellation of an order, and there was not a word about the gift about the options of using other card but the same rant about not being able to use my credit card and having to pay by Moneygram.
Another thing, my card company, the one I wanted to use in the first place, called me to tell me that they have blocked my card as on the same days as my payments were taking place my card was used in India, the USA and to pay and online item. I will get my money refunded but it has unsettle me that I have been a fraud victim. Are purse valley and my card misuse linked, well I only use it to buy the bag.
I have now replied to my sales executive demanding to speak with her superior, but I bet I will get the same moneygram email... Your call. Ana C
