I have been on with this company for several months now and have had nothing but benefit. Any time I've had a question, the Customer Service girls have been so helpful! The Leads are more than worth it and I would recommend Qazzoo to anyone who is looking for a great lead service!

This is the absolute worst of all the lead generation companies. The leads are truly horrible. Some of them are even fellow realtors. The worst part is that they refused to cancel my marketing with them. I signed up for a 3 month "trial" of their service and paid for that in full. I canceled after 2 months because the value was obviously not there. Then with horrible customer service reps, they charge me several hundred more as part of their cancellation. I feel like I need to post this on ever qazzoo site I can find. Their business practices are what you want to avoid and the leads they generate are well below average.

Qazzoo has been great to work with I purchased leads and I received them as promised. Very awesome staff available when needed to troubleshoot or answer questions. Sean Wenzel is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. I was not disappointed with the service it exceeded my expectations after dealing with another "well known" company.

Qazzoo has been really great to work with in every aspect. I really enjoy the different approach they take to lead generation. I even had a conversation with customer support on how to make the experience even better for their clients. Most companies don't seem to care, but Qazzoo is different. I was very unsure about buying leads. I researched several lead generators and found Qazzoo. I spoke with Jennifer and chose Qazzoo. Jennifer has always been prompt with returning my calls or texts. I have never had a problem with returning leads. I came in with realistic expectations and my pipeline is filling up with clients from their Legacy leads. Out of the two daily leads I have purchased, I am house shopping with one and gently working with the other. My Boss is planning on joining Qazzoo once her obligation with another company is over. I am delighted with the leads and the customer service from Qazzoo.

Having a really terrible time using Qazzoo Lead services. Paid a substantial amount of money for 75 leads from their service, was told that they have no time limit to be able to use, with a critical detail left out that you must maintain active billing to access those leads.
After a few months, have just under 40 of those leads left, as it was just meant as a supplemental lead source when needed, and am now being told that I have to get on their $300 a month plan to get 10 more leads a month, and access to the remaining ~40 leads (this is after paying ~$1500 to get those leads) I have in there. No refund for those 40 leads I can no longer access, just held at financial-gunpoint and being told to cough up. I see their name being posted as a good source often, but figured the community should know so no one gets shafted like me, especially since it is marketed as a new-loan officer friendly lead source. Lesson learned about these guys, buyer beware.

As a past client of Qazzoo's from 2013, our brokerage was a little reluctant to come back. But I am so glad we decided to give them another chance! Their client services team operates as mentorship program. We have converted 4 of our last 15 leads from Qazzoo. We have our first closing scheduled for April 24. As a broker with 7 agents, Qazzoo's been a great way for us to build our business. There client services team is top notch and the best Real Estate coach in the business.

DO NOT BUY THESE LEADS! They claim that the clients are expecting your call. That is not the case at all! I had this product for a month and not a single lead responded to my numerous texts, emails, and phone calls. Actually, majority of them blocked me. My calls always go straight to voicemail. They also do not offer refunds for dissatisfied customers. Now it makes sense why the agent who sold to me gave me so many "discounts." The product is just so pitiful!

They lie to get your business, then when you try to dispute the charge they lie to your credit card company. Jessica in customer service stated to my credit card fraud department that she had recordings of our conversation agreeing to a change in price, but when she was asked to send them or play them on the phone she could not do it.

I had many questions that needed to be answered. She was able to answer and give tips on how to work with clients.

Christian is so professional and warm, as well as very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions and made sure to be very clear and upfront, which is rare these days. I have been VERY impressed with all my live contact from Qazzoo and all the follow up emails and texts. Thank you!

Qazzoo is the best lead source in the market. Why you may ask? Well if you determine that the lead you paid for is bogus they will replace it. Let that sink in! They will REPLACE the bogus lead. People do fill in forms with bad information and you will get these types of leads mixed in with the good. You just need to follow up and let Qazzoo know so you get a replacement. If you are looking for instant buyers or sellers, there is no such unicorn! You have to nurture the leads you get and they will pay off over time. If you are not using a CRM and drip campaigns you are waiting your time and money on buying leads. It takes months before a lead is truly ready. Every so often you will get the lead that is ready. Here is a secret, Buy Legacy Leads. They are more likely to be ready sooner since the were generated 60 or more days ago and no one contacted them. Want the best rep at Qazzoo, I just happen to think Jennifer Eckhoff is that person.

QAZZOO GIVES YOU THE LEADS YOU NEED TO GET THE DEALS WITHOUT TAKING UP ALL OF YOUR TIME AND RESOURCES. DEFINITELY A GAME CHANGER.

The qualify of leads are HORRIBLE! Either fake Phone numbers or they already been contacted by so many realtors already!
I tried to cancel only two days after activated the membership and they'll ignore you. Very unprofessional staff. STAY AWAY!

Dave and Christian have been very helpful so far. The site is easy to work with, and instructions for everything has been very clear. I'm impressed so far! I'll be adding another update in the future.

This company is a 100% scam. Do not give them any money! They state that all their leads are verified and people are actively ready to purchase. Not even close to the truth. We have contacted over 100 customers and not one has been aware of where we received their info from. Most people have no idea or never signed up for the service. Also many fake names, numbers, email addresses. The customer service ( what a joke that is) states the reason we are not successful is we don't know what we are doing. They refuse to issue a refund after stealing several thousands of dollars. Now they will not return a phone call or email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! 100% SCAMMERS

Qazzoo lied with regards to the signup, telling me to click on the link even though it was different that our agreement. They now have something to use against you if you want to dispute anything. The leads are trash, with almost all leads not valid. Both other agents as well as people who are not qualified to buy. When they are qualified, it is for a house that is for a very low amount, so not really worth the commission. The hit you with the recurring payment..

Got a buyer I'm working with and helped a couple find a rental my first month with quazzoo. Staying diligent and attentive is the key with them like any good lead source. So far quazzoo gets an 8 from me.

The platform itself is a great way to look for potential leads(Buyers and Sellers). You can easily request for Qazzoo credit if the lead that you opened is not responding or if the information is not accurate. Overall Qazzoo is a great platform and customer service is amazing. Definitely a thumbs up.
