This company is a 100% scam. Do not give them any money! They state that all their leads are verified and people are actively ready to purchase. Not even close to the truth. We have contacted over 100 customers and not one has been aware of where we received their info from. Most people have no idea or never signed up for the service. Also many fake names, numbers, email addresses. The customer service ( what a joke that is) states the reason we are not successful is we don't know what we are doing. They refuse to issue a refund after stealing several thousands of dollars. Now they will not return a phone call or email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! 100% SCAMMERS

Junk leads terrible source do not pay for this horrible service they offered me half my money back when i signed up now they are refusing to pay my money back i have disputed with my credit card company I would sooner burn my money then to ever pay for a single qazzo lead ever again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE

Having a really terrible time using Qazzoo Lead services. Paid a substantial amount of money for 75 leads from their service, was told that they have no time limit to be able to use, with a critical detail left out that you must maintain active billing to access those leads.
After a few months, have just under 40 of those leads left, as it was just meant as a supplemental lead source when needed, and am now being told that I have to get on their $300 a month plan to get 10 more leads a month, and access to the remaining ~40 leads (this is after paying ~$1500 to get those leads) I have in there. No refund for those 40 leads I can no longer access, just held at financial-gunpoint and being told to cough up. I see their name being posted as a good source often, but figured the community should know so no one gets shafted like me, especially since it is marketed as a new-loan officer friendly lead source. Lesson learned about these guys, buyer beware.

I was very unsure about buying leads. I researched several lead generators and found Qazzoo. I spoke with Jennifer and chose Qazzoo. Jennifer has always been prompt with returning my calls or texts. I have never had a problem with returning leads. I came in with realistic expectations and my pipeline is filling up with clients from their Legacy leads. Out of the two daily leads I have purchased, I am house shopping with one and gently working with the other. My Boss is planning on joining Qazzoo once her obligation with another company is over. I am delighted with the leads and the customer service from Qazzoo.

After fumbling around and spending THOUSANDS on leads that have been merely good at best, I found Qazzoo. I worked with a gentleman named Tom Pappas who walked me through a demo and even though I said I wasn't interested at first he was kind and followed up without being pressuring. He kept sharing success stories and helped me find ways it would work in my business. He understood I had a team of loan officers and understood my goals to grow in 2022. With this he customized a loan package specifically for my needs and made sure that I was using the system on a daily basis to get results. I am happy to say in my first month I have sent out 6 applications - and I haven't even talked to half of the lead flow yet. If you are tired of spending money on leads with company's that ghost you after your card is charged, then give Tom Pappas a call over at Qazzoo. Mention to him that Brandon Wunder sent you his way :) I don't think I will ever stop using Qazzoo - it is a must have to create a clean pipeline of purchase business.

If you are looking for a lead generation system with a low cost to ignite your pipeline then Qazzoo is for you! All the new leads provided are real time and you have the ability to pick the leads you would like to work. Another great thing is the leads are exclusive and they provide the customer with an introduction and notify them that you will be reaching out. Also my Account Executive Tom Pappas has been top notch which is key when you are onboarding to a new system and looking to be successful!

Just signed up for qazzoo, Tom did a great job of explaining everything to me and bringing me on board. Great customer service. Looking forward to trying this out.

Qazzoo is great! Easiest and most cost effective way to purchase leads. You get leads in real time, and you get to choose based on the information whether it's right for you or not to take it. Super cheap compared to other competitors who charge an arm and a leg for leads. I'd say it's fairly easy to get a 1000% ROI on this investment. Tom Pappas has been great with Qazzoo, been helping me every step of the way. If you have multiple states, he can get you updated within minutes.

Qazzoo is for both Mortgage LO's/Broker's/ & Realtors. I am a Mortgage LO who works for a Mortgage Broker. This is perfect for targeting leads in certain areas, zip codes, so you can provide these leads to your realtors to keep a good healthy relationship among both.

I would HIGHLY recommend to Qazzoo for anybody just starting out. This is an easy way to keep the monthly income coming.

I was so Hesitant about lead system software etc. Tom P. At QAZZOO Made me feel comfortable, answered everything, And I ask a lot of questions! Leads are the bomb, inside of a month I am active and busy with Qazzoo leads thanks Tom!

As a past client of Qazzoo's from 2013, our brokerage was a little reluctant to come back. But I am so glad we decided to give them another chance! Their client services team operates as mentorship program. We have converted 4 of our last 15 leads from Qazzoo. We have our first closing scheduled for April 24. As a broker with 7 agents, Qazzoo's been a great way for us to build our business. There client services team is top notch and the best Real Estate coach in the business.

In Juli a guy named Sean contacted us and offered us a 3 month package ($100 set up + 3x $250/ month) for 25 leads a month. We thought, great, lets check it out! Unfortunately very quick we figured out, that most of the leads, if not all of them are big BS. People hang up immediately, don't answer or the number or contact is just wrong. Not much care for it anymore and being bussy on other places I had on the back of my mind, whatever, money lost... done! BUT NO, apparently we had to cancel the 3 months 48h before they were over otherwise we go in an automatic 3 months renewal! Excuse me?! Nobody ever told us about that! By this time our account had still 64 credits for leads, after not receiving the payment they closed our account with the credits. Our already paid leads in worth of multiple hundreds of dollars gone! We called, explained, tried to be nice... for nothing, without another payment of $250 we wont get our ALREADY PAID leads back!
In conclusion, this company is a big scam, leads are trash, employees thieves and liars. STAY AWAY! I honestly would feel better if I would have thrown the money in my trash bin

! SCAM Company! Does NOT offer what they falsely advertise as ‘vetted' leads. 90% of leads had to be turned back into them for new leads because of bad contact info (Which were also useless) and the remaining 10% had no idea why they were being called and/or didn't even know how their info had been funneled to Quazoo and weren't even interested in buying or selling a house! After signing up for a 90 day trial and paying for a fourth month, ( there were still uncalled useless leads we had bought) we called and said we didn't want to pay for the fifth month and that we were just going to call the remaining leads we had bought and not use it anymore. They cancelled the account immediately and said we couldn't have access to the remaining leads we had BOUGHT because the account wasn't active! We spent hundreds of dollars to get ripped off and SCAMMED. Even though we have a receipt for a 90 day trial they're trying to tell us that we signed up for longer and owe them two more months even though we paid an extra month we didn't even owe them. Do what works, spend your money on Zillow if you want actual leads to people that KNOW they want to buy or sell real estate instead of calling poor confused people who have no idea or intention of buying a house. This is definitely a CON company and SCAM don't fall for it or their obvious fake 5 star reviews.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE your time or money. They scam you Saying you did a "recorded verbal agreement." Then when you tell them you did not they said they will listen to the recording. I have called them FIVE months in a row requesting they stop charging me, every month I'm charged. They're business practices are unethical & they will scam you until you force them to stop. Never again. Don't fall into this sketchy scamming company.

First of all they tricked me into a 3 month contract after she had told me there was "no contract and you can cancel anytime." The quality of the leads are so bad I tried to cancel the first month and when I explained I had no knowledge that it was a 3 month minimum they didn't care and continued charging me. I can't even get the leads to pick up the phone and when they do they aren't interested in buying or selling at all. I would NOT FALL FOR THIS. GET YOUR OWN LEADS. I was very skeptical at first and I read some good reviews and decided to try it for just a month. I'm pretty sure the good reviews I read were fake. I don't see why anyone would leave them a good review. I've called over 20 leads from there and I haven't had a single person even see a house with me.
