I ordered a mattress which was shipped via fed ex on april 17, but i never received it.
Fed ex agrees they lost the mattress but they need a claim filed by the supplier, i. E. qomfortsleep. Well, first, the qomfort contact number hasn't been in service for months! Also, online chats are never answered. Finally, after numerous emails, i heard from qomfort that they would take care of the claim, but fed ex still has no claim after four months.
Qomfort obviously doesn't care to help me cause they have their money. Terrible.
