QP Jewellers

I ordered a pendant for my wife for Christmas and paid an extra £20 for a thicker chain. The web site shows their address as being in the UK so I trusted it. The pendant arrived from the USA with the standard chain and by email with QP Jewellers we agreed I would keep what I had and they would refund the extra £20 I had paid. There have been many emails between us since then and they have said at least 3 times they will refund the £20. Unfortunately, it still has not been refunded 2 months later. Every time I telephone them I get the answerphone and have left messages that are never replied to. Please avoid this supplier.

I was 255.00 for thee up grade
Their automation tried charging for several i didnt want
They lied about the delivery Said it would be DHL
I was charged an uniformed fee of 2.55 on my card called international
I have no product & im out 257.00 altogether
Their Shipper FedEx called & said they won't delivery their package & sent it back to some place in Los Angeles
Its clear they have no idea what they're doing other than taking people money
Ruined there Birthday Gift with nothing but stress & charged my card without any idea how to deliver my product

I used QPJewellers to buy a ring for my wife in September 2011. I'm not great with computers and I was taken through the ordering process by a very helpful young man from the Company. The ring had to arrive by a certain date and I was assured it would arrive in good time, and it did.

My wife is very happy with the sapphire ring and has expressed her fondness of other items from QPJewellers so no doubt I'll be back at Christmas.

I would just like to say thank you to qpjewellers for making my daughters 21st birthday extra special. I ordered a ruby and diamond pendant which arrived shortly after and looks perfect. My daughter loves the pendant and it looks fantastic on her. I spoke with a nice man from qpjewellers who took my order over the phone and who also assured me that delivery of the pendant would be in time for her birthday.
